From Libby
Get to office in your best first date wear possible"Aw, fuck." I muttered as I rummaged my cupboard, looking for things to wear. I could wear jeans and a top but this was Virat Kohli. Anyone he dates lands up on the covers of the newspaper the next morning.
So, basically I needed to dress to kill.
Fun.
"Urgh! I have nothing to bloody wear!" I fumed at the state of clothes. I wasn't a messy girl but if someone were to walk in now, I would eat my words. Great, okay this was a bloody emergency. I needed someone with a killer fashion sense.
The girl next door? What the fuck was her name?
Oh, Chanchal!
"Let's go." I took my phone and went next door.
Now it wasn't like I didn't know the girl. In the three weeks that I had moved in, we had met. But, we hadn't become the super close friends that you think. Meh, she was a beginner friend?
Oh please, let her have some fashion sense.
"Sup?" She opened the door.
"I've got a slight fashion emergency." I said.
"Say no more, let's go." She said, opening the door. "Ma, I'm going over to Pihu's house!" She shouted, her mother poking her head out from the kitchen.
"How are you, Pihu?" She says, coming out.
"I'm fine aunty, you wouldn't mind me taking Chanchal?" I asked.
"No, no. Go." She said, coming to close the door.
"So, who's the date with?" She asked me as she rummaged through my messed up cupboard.
"You'll know soon enough." I groaned.
"So, a high profile date?" She swooned. "You'll have to look your absolute best then." She nodded, going back in. "Say, you have black thigh high boots?"
"Yep!" I popped the 'p', going over to the show rack and getting them out. When I came back, she had a white dress outside.
"Just put a black ribbon around your waist and you're done." She smiled.
"Wow, not bad!" I smiled. "You are amazing." She smirked.
"Well, thanks." She bowed. "Go get ready!"
"Not bad!" Libby said, looking me over as I entered her cabin.
"This boots are uncomfortable after twenty minutes." I said, slumping down. "I sure hope to hell that the date that you've organised isn't too much of a walking one."
"Well, actually I didn't organise the date, Virat did." Libby says uncomfortably, looking at me.
"Wait, what?"
