day four:

today was my first day
back to school after
the incident, and your
ceremony. i was a
nervous wreck.
everyone kept staring.

whispers could be heard
around the entire school.
they wondered what
happened. i knew, eventually,
the news would spread like
a wildfire. and the rumors
would start up.

i can't face this without
you. you kept me strong.
you held me together.
you were the glue i
needed. i wish i did
the same, but what can
i do now?

im emotionally exhausted
my throat burns from
my screaming and crying.
ive lost hair due to ripping
it out in frustration.
my eyes are always bloodshot.

but im fine, don't worry.

i hope youre doing okay,
wherever you are. if i
could go back in time and
rewind the clock, i would
rather it be me. i would take
your place.

im only left with unanswered
questions. i love you though.
