day fourteen:

i passed my finals.
could you believe
that? today was the
last and final day of
my high school
career. a few days ago,
i received a letter in the
mail, quite the irony, i
thought.

since ive been writing
letters to you, only it
was different. i didn't
get one back from you.

but from the performing
arts school i wanted to
go to, they accepted me.

they want me to
join them, and start there
the following year, should
i take the opportunity?

i don't feel the want
to anymore, or the
need. there's no fire
burning in me to do
what i planned with my
life. 

because i lost the
only thing I've ever
wanted.
