this week is the last
week of school.
you would've graduated.
we would've graduated,
together, but now its
just me. i am nervous.

we keep rehearsing
our graduation
ceremony, and it would
be fun, if you were here.
but all i can think
about is that you're
not. and im heart broken.

finals are this week
too. and ive been
trying to study because
i know that's what you
would have wanted.

you would've supported
me and said, "go get 'em,
baby, you got this." but do
i? i was never good with
self confidence, until you
entered my life and now
that you've exited so quickly,

it's difficult to manage
because you taught me
how to love myself but

why couldn't you do
the same?
