Past (Part 1)

3rd POV

A 5 year old girl with waist long black hair was walking along the pathway with her usual blank expression. Passerby avoided her as far as possible. Some of the kids threw rocks at her but she didn't care and continued walking. 

"Stay away, monster!" They shouted.

The girl continued walking but with a faster pace. Then, she was lost. She was in a dark alleyway. She was scared but she didn't show it out.

"What's a little girl doing here?"

She heard a voice coming from somewhere and she turned to where it was coming from. She saw a gang was coming towards her with bats.

"..."

"Oi, we're talking to you, kid!"

"..."

"That's it! Guys, get her!" The leader shouted.

"YEAH!" 

They ran towards her but stopped in their tracks. 

The girl's eyes stared into theirs coldly. They shivered in fear.

"M-monster..." They shuttered.

"Oi! What are you guys doing to a little girl?!"

The men and the girl turned around and saw a woman who was pointing at them.

"I-it's Akimura! Run!" So, the leader and his gang ran away.

"Are you alright, little girl?" She asked.

The girl nodded her head.

"Do you have a place to stay?"

She shook her head.

"Okay. Do you want to stay with me?" The woman gave her a close-eyed smile.

The little girl didn't say anything.

"I have a daughter around your age. I'm sure she would love your company. By the way, I'm Akimura Touka. Surely you heard of the Akimura Inc."

The girl looked up at Touka.

What beautiful eyes... Touka thought.

"So is that a 'yes'?"

The girl stood there for a few seconds and she nodded her head.

"Okay then! What's you name?"

"Minami... Yuki..."
