Grayson POV
It had been a month since this all went down and everybody was going great. We were halfway into summer and my mom had filed for divorce. My dad had gotten an apartment a couple minutes away but still wasn't allowed around us. Daniel had told his mom about the whole thing and she was furious. She said she was suspicious of him for a while. She sounded really upset and Daniel was going to go see her for a few weeks.
My mom and I drove him to the airport and I struggled to get out of the car with my crutches. He helped me out and I hugged him goodbye. "I'm gonna miss you Danny"
"I'll miss you too Grayson" he said. We talked for a minute but then he had to go to catch his flight. He helped me back into the car and we hugged one more time.
My mom said goodbye then we drove off. "Too bad you guys won't get to see each other on your birthdays"
"What?"
"Oh, I mean on YOUR birthday. I don't know when his is"
"Hm okay." My mom was being suspicious. I shrugged it off but texted Daniel about it.

Danny boy no it's mine

Gray we do!
Gray that's so strange
Gray first I find out you're my brother now we have the same bday
Danny boy wait

Gray yeah you are too right
Gray what if we're twins
Danny boy I'm boarding my flight rn so I gtg but I love you and we'll talk later
I told him bye and I sat there for a minute questioning everything. What if we were twins? I thought we just had the same dad but maybe I was wrong.
