Grayson POV

I sat in the cold leather chair across from the therapist. I picked at my fingernails and waited for her to say something. She stared at me from across the room and sighed.

"Grayson you're here because you need to talk about your feelings, not just sit there."

"I don't want to be here"

"I understand that but you'll be here a lot longer if you just sit there"

"No because you'll have another appointment and I'll have to leave"

"Fine then, leave. I'm not going to stop you" she said and I stood up. I thought about it for a while and sat back down. My mom would be furious if I left.

"Are you going to talk Grayson?"

"I'm here because my boyfriend cheated on my with my sister that I've never met."

"How did that make you feel?"

"How did that make me feel? Of course it made me feel like crap. I trusted him. I trusted him and he went behind my back and cheated on me"

"What did you do when you sound this out?"

"I told him to get out of my house"

"Did he go?"

"He tried to apologize but I slammed the door, I don't know where he is now"

"When did this happen?"

"Like a week ago"

"Have you talked to any of your friends?"

"No. I accidentally broke my phone"

"They haven't stopped by?"

"They have but I told my mom not to let them in."

"Well why would you do that?"

"I don't want to see anybody. I wanna be alone"

"But they're your friends and they care about you"

"I know but seeing them is just going to hurt. I don't even want to see my own brother right now"

"Brother?"

"I have a twin brother named Daniel but I didn't know about him until this year"

"And whys that"

"My mom and dad didn't want us to be together or something. Apparently my mom isn't even my real mom"

"Does that hurt you as well?"

"Yeah" I said and she nodded. We talked until our time was up and I left. She got up to hug me and I hugged her back. I saw my mom was waiting outside and I got in the car. "How did it go?"

"Good I guess"

"Did you actually talk?"

"Yeah. Can we go get some food?"

"Sure honey" My mom said and we buckled up. She drove to pinkberry and I got out to get our ice cream. She waited in the car and I walked in. I heard familiar laughs and I turned to see Jonah, Zach and Corbyn.

"Hey gray-" Corbyn started to say but I was already running out the door. I really didn't want to see anybody. I got in my moms car and she looked confused.
