Depression and suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in the U.S.
Each year, around 44,193 Americans die from suicide, with around 121 suicides PER DAY.
I once was about to become one of those Americans. One of those people who just couldn't find a reason to stay alive.
For those of you struggling with that today, here is a list of reasons for you to stay on this Earth. These are some of the reasons that kept me here, to write this for you.
