Alhamdulillah.
She went upstairs to her room where She met Ibty doing something with her phone, probably snapchat or instagram.
"Ibty guess what" She said.
"What's up?" She asked
Layla told her about them, she told her that he was the guy from cold stone.
"Oh, wato yanzu Kina so ba?" She asked with a raised eyebrow
"I don't like him please. Its just that he's dead handsome mashallah" She said, and it's the truth.
"What's him name again?" Ibty asked.
"Muhammad Yerima" Layla said and rolled her eyes.
"Layla! The Muhammad Yerima? The one those bloggers post him as the 'most eligible bachelor' on instagram?." She asked screaming.
"I don't know, who knows for you?" She simply replied with a shrugged.
"Its him! Oh my gosh." She said. "Do you remember Niimah? From primary school?"
Layla nodded. "Yeah, I know Ni'imah."
"She's his sister."
"Hmm, I remember now."
They talked about everything and nothing before they prayed asr and Ibty left. After she left Layla brought out her laptop and continued watching reign until maghrib.
She prayed Maghreb and went downstairs to where the rest are. She met mammy, Norah and nabeel talking.
"Hey Abla (sister)" Norah said.
"Hello." She replied with a smile.
Mammy left the living room for the kids and went upstairs to her room, if not to her living room. while Layla just brought out her phone and logged into instagram.
"Layla, you know Niimah right?" Nabeel asked.
"Niimah Ibrahim Yerima." He added.
"Oh yeah, my childhood friend" She said not looking up from her phone.
"Yes, she is Muhammad's sister fah." he said
She just doesn't feel like talking and it looks likes Nabeel won't stop talking to her.
"Oh haba? Its been long, I can't remember the last time I saw her" She said to him.
But wait, Niimah? Her Niimah?
Now she remembers him. He's ya Muhammad's friend, they have been friends for ages.
"Ni Wallahi Na ma manta da Muhammad din (me I have forgotten about the Muhammad)" She said.
"Allah sarki, Now he's your fiance." He said with a wink.
She just rolled her eyes at her brother.
"But he moved to the USA maybe that's why you couldn't remember him." He added
"Yeah probably" She said.
She really love her siblings especially the guys!
"Norah Wallahi you're not studying for your mock" She said to Norah who is currently writing her mock exams.
"I am, we are having catering practical tomorrow" she said.
They talked about many things Including the upcoming wedding which She just ignored them.
She went to her room, changed into her cute pj's and climbed her super comfy bed and logged on snapchat which She got messages from her friends. She replied and switched off the lights and slept off.
