does anyone know how to get rid of motion sickness and nausea ??

i've been feeling extremely nauseous and motion sick recently. just out of nowhere.

i think maybe it's caused by anxiety. is that possible ?

is it possible for anxiety to cause nausea//motion sickness ??

i've been really anxious recently about everything and nothing.

i need someone to talk to about something. like just talk to me ?? tell me a story and just make me feel like we're talking because you want to talk to me.

i miss having people to talk to where conversation just flows effortlessly. i feel like i have to *force* conversation with everyone recently.
