| Blake |

It had been three days since Signe's parents came back from their trip and the ginger was still struggling to eat something. It had gotten to the point where the boy was becoming extremely worried about his friend's well being and how he was going to put an end to her behavior. That's when Blake came up with the idea of getting a pet, if Signe wouldn't take care of herself she certainly would take care of another life. First, he would go to the supermarket to get the food to the animal, so he could have everything the animal he would adopt what was necessary for its care. Blake slid a note under the girl's room door, telling her he would take a while to get home considering he had important stuff to do. Then he left their apartment behind and began wondering what was the right pet to have at home. The cat was clearly off the list since he hated them. They weren't social, did not like to be caressed all the time, besides he didn't think the cat would be the perfect animal for Signe. A dog could be the perfect match, yet he knew the downsides of having a dog, he required time and walks and with Blake's job starting soon he couldn't do it and Signe wasn't exactly a fan of going out when she was sad, not to mention they are noisy and noise complaints was something the blond did not want. A bird was just too much simple, there wasn't much to it.

He made it to the supermarket, his mind trying to think of another animal fit for the ginger, not really paying attention to his surroundings. That's when he stopped in the middle of the aisle he was on to realize he had excluded three type of animals he could find food and other supplies at a supermarket. All other animals supplies needed to be bought in a pet shop.

"Hi, Blake. Are you lost?" A familiar voice spoke behind him snapping him out of his thoughts. Behind him was Eva, a smile on her face, her green eyes glimmering at the artificial lights on the ceiling.

"Hi, Eva! Actually, no. I just came to the wrong place apparently." Blake sighed. He smiled at her as well and was about to open his mouth to say something when the girl spoke first.

"Well, is there anything I can help you with?" Eva offered as she put a lock of her brown hair behind her hair. Maybe she could help me out with choosing an animal for Signe the blond wondered for a few seconds.

"Maybe. I'm trying to think of a pet to offer to my best friend. She is really depressed right now. Cats and dogs are out of the picture. What do you think I could give her?" Blake questioned as he scratched the back of his neck.

"Humm...I think a bunny would be sweet." The girl suggested innocently. Blake smiled big with the suggestion, his excitement growing at the thought of getting a bunny for Signe. That would certainly make the girl happy and he had one before when he was younger so he knew how to take care of one and he could surely teach her the right ways.

"That's it! Thank you so much, Eva! I hope I see you around!" He kissed her on the cheek without thinking causing the girl to blush and her green eyes to widen. He ran away from the supermarket and jogged towards the pet shop near their apartment. He went inside where he bought all the stuff necessary to keep a bunny, paid for it and went to his car which was parked outside. It was time to pick a bunny from the animal shelter, there was surely a sweet bunny which tiny heart is aching for a new love.

Unable to contain his happiness, Blake drove towards the animal shelter, proud of himself and his idea. He parked his car outside the shelter and went inside where he spoke to a nice young man who couldn't hide how content he was with someone wanting to adopt an animal looking for a new home rather than buy one.
