The ginger was in her room streaming on Youtube, singing covers asked by her fans and chatting with them as well between each cover. She would always think very carefully before giving an answer, afraid she would upset someone unintentionally, although it was very complicated considered there was a lot of people watching her streams. Signe always wondered how Shawn managed to talk under so much pressure, how he wasn't afraid of what people thought about him and how he wasn't afraid to be honest with them even if it meant he would upset some. She missed the old her, with no care for what other people thought of her, but things were so different at that moment. When Shawn started to become popular and revealed about having a girlfriend, it was when she became worse. There was no point in trying to hide it away from him, Shawn had already noticed, besides, sooner or later he would find out how she felt. Nevertheless, she did her best to support him, to be there for him when he needed and Signe knew he was grateful that she gave her best to him.

Going with him on the Handwritten tour had been lots of fun, yet that year she couldn't go with him, not only because it would be a way longer tour, but because she wanted to figure out what was she going to do with her life and touring with her boyfriend would be a distraction. Maddie had taken a gap year to volunteer in Africa, in hopes that seeing new landscapes and helping those in need would give her a clearer image of what she wanted as for Blake he was going to start working very soon in order to save money to pay for the college fees. Only she had no idea of what to do. The ginger even wondered in asking her mother what she thought Signe could be, however she knew what her mother would tell her, how it was her choice and how she envisioned her future and she wasn't wrong. Besides, her mother was too busy traveling around the world with Daniel by her side. Signe had gotten mad at Jolene when she found out she had quit her job to be able to travel last year. She could understand the honey moon since they had gotten married they deserved one, but she couldn't understand the necessity of quitting her job to see the world at once.

"Mom, how could you do this? How do you expect us to live now?" Signe had shouted at her mother as she ran a hand through her hair.

"Honey, one day you'll understand." Had been her mother's answer. Her daughter had stared at her confused, trying to understand what there was to understand. "And you shouldn't worry, you father told me he could help us."

"So my dad now has to pay the bills? Right. Because he hasn't his own bills to pay." The girl had retorted with incredulity. Anger had boiled inside her veins and despite the girl's efforts to calm down, she wasn't able to stop herself from exploding. "I mean, first he's a son of a bitch who doesn't give a shit about us and all of the sudden he owes you something?"

"Signe..." Daniel had replied with such calm it had only made her feel even angrier. "Listen to your mother, one day you'll understand. Aksel is only helping."

"Fine. Whatever." That was how they had left the conversation behind. Signe still didn't call her mother, not because she was still angry with her, but due to not want to bother her extended vacations. She saw on Instagram how much fun she was having and taking it all away from her seemed selfish, so she opted to wait until her mother and her stepfather returned.

"Knock knock." Shawn's voice sounded from her bedroom's door, waking her up from her thoughts and stopping her midway a sentence. He had used the spare key Signe had borrowed him, so he could enter her house whenever he felt like it.

"I thought you were going to spend your day with Blake." Signe commented as she took a quick glance towards her laptop screen. The comments were going insane as it always happened whenever Shawn was around.

"Yeah...There was a change of plans." Shawn spoke with a frown. He approached her bed, sat next to her and peeked over her comment section. He smiled at whatever he saw before he put his arm around the girl and continued. "I'm sorry guys, but I'm going to steal my girl."
