He pondered Signe's words. They were unexpected to Blake who had expected her to either ignore his question or deny the subject, however, that wasn't what happened. She exploded, her green eyes burning with anger as she spoke. He had to admit, those words hurt him, yet they were true. Shawn hadn't said anything since he left and hadn't visited him which made him wonder whether he had been forgotten by his friend or he did it on purpose. Either way, both options sucked and hurt him. While Signe was taking a shower, the blond boy picked up his phone, clicked on top of the WhatsApp icon and began writing a message to his friend - if he could still be called a friend.

Hey Shawn,
It's your friend here in case you needed to be reminded. I can't believe you were on a break from your tour and you didn't even come to me and say hi. Am I just not on your level anymore?
I don't know what's worse, being forgotten by your best friend or ignored.
Not to mention you didn't even called Signe or texted her. Her mother fucking died and you just go on with your life as if Signe never meant anything to you. You two were best friends before dating remember? And she needed you and you weren't there.
But you know what? It's fine. We don't want you here either. After what you said to her and did to me we'll just move on as if you were never here.
Don't call me when you realized you fucked up. I'm pretty sure your new buddies will be delighted to help you.

Blake hit sent and locked his phone again. Shawn had promised he wouldn't let popularity go to his head and he broke it. Fortunately, for Blake, he was aware Maddie and Signe wouldn't let them down and he could count on them. That was how life worked, you lose someone important to you and you gotta hold on to those who can make you happy. Sure, Signe wasn't exactly in the best state of mind to help him or even herself which worried him. It was as if life had been washed off of her and she was just a person walking on Earth, not alive, but not dead either.

Suddenly his phone vibrated next to him, his blue eyes widening as he looked at the screen. It wasn't a text from Shawn as for a moment he thought it was, yet it was from Eva asking him if everything was alright.

No. Not really but it's okay.

Eva

Is there anything I can do to help you?

No, there isn't. Thank you tho

Eva

Well, I want to see you happy.

Signe as well. She's such a lovely girl. How's she coping with everything?

Oh, thank you. I want to see you happy too.
She isn't. That's what I am worried about. I honestly don't know what to do anymore.

Eva

Whenever something happened to me that made me really sad I traveled. It took a lot of things out of my mind and opened me new perspectives. Maybe it works with her?

Maybe it works. But I'll wait a while and see what happens. If she doesn't make any progress then I might suggest it.

"Who are you talking to? Is it Eva?" Signe inquired from the other side of the room. Blake rose his head and observed the ginger. Her hair was wrapped in a towel so it wouldn't drip water to the floor and soak her pajamas, her expression was still blank, no more signs of anger which previously adorned her face.
