KATNISS POV
I wake up curled up next to Peeta. I tum my head slightly to look at the clock, hoping I would't wake Peeta but I failed. He stirs and I freeze. I still check the time and it is around 9:30. I slowly twist back around and find his ocean blue eyes staring back into mine. He flicks a piece of hair out of my face and smile at his gentle touch. Before we can get any further though the rest of the group comes bursting through the door. When they see us together they all stop.
"AWWW they are so cute" The girls chorus whereas the boys immediately want to know the details on what it was like. Just no. Once they had all asked questions they left us to get changed. I shower first whilst Peeta goes and grabs some food. I grab some jeans and a shirt from my closet before hopping in the shower for 5 Minutes. I dry my hair and apply a small amount of make up before joining everybody else downstairs. To my surprise they are all dressed, even Glimmer.
After breakfast they all decide that they have better things to do with there day so they all clear off leaving just me and Peeta.
"So what do you wanna today?" I ask him, plopping down on the couch.
"I was hoping I could teach you how to bake, if you like?" He smiles sweetly and I couldn't imagine anything more fun at this point in time.
"I would like nothing more" I say excitedly, jumping of the couch and giving him a rough kiss. I make sure it isn't too long as I know he will want more if it's short.He pouts when I break the kiss and I just giggle. We walk out to the car and whilst i'm driving Peeta rings his mum to see if its busy or not.
"Mum says that it's not to busy today so we can use half the kitchen if we would like." Peeta says as I park the car outside the back entrance to the bakery. We walk around to the front door and when the bell chimes signalling a customer Myles looks up.
"Oh its you" He says directing it towards Peeta. "It's nice to see you though Katniss"
"umm thanks?" I say, looking up to see a frowning Peeta.
"My brother" Is all he says, walking through the door into the kitchen.
"Katniss dear! It's so nice to see you again!" Mrs Mellark squeals, bringing me in for a hug. " I left the right side of the kitchen free for you guys so have fun but not to much!" She says hanging her apron up and leaving through the door that leads to the house.
"You might need this" Peeta says, chucking me an apron before putting on his own. He grabs an assortment of ingredients and items that I have no clue as to what they are. He gestures for me to go over so I stand opposite him and he places some scales in front of me.
"OK Katniss, we are just going to make some simple cupcakes for now okay?" He places a large bag of flour in my hands and tells me to measure out 250g of it. I manage it but not without spilling half of it over the counter. Peeta just chuckles and moves onto the sugar.
"Maybe you should do this one" I say, giving the bag back to him.
"Maybe I should" He says chuckling at the mess I made with flour. He finishes measuring everything out and passes me the bowl containing all the ingredients.
"Don't mix it fold it" He says, demonstrating how it's done. I try to do the same but fail miserably. He walks around and stands behind me placing his hand ontop of mine on the spoon. He moves closer and I blush hoping he can't see my face.
"LIke this" Peeta says moving even closer to my body. I stop him by flipping around and Kissing him hard on the lips. He seems confused at first but joins in happily by kissing me back. He takes ahold of my waist and lifts me onto the counter. My hands travel into his hair as his tongue enters my mouth. Peeta moves his hands up under my shirt and I moan slightly.
"ahem" Someone clears there throat from the doorway and we both jump a part.
"Your so lucky that it wasn't mum or dad" Ryan says as he enters the kitchen and grabs a snack. I breathe a sigh of relief when he says he won't tell them. He leaves quickly and I turn my head to face a bright red Peeta. I laugh out loud and he kisses me on the cheek returning to the mixture. We finish that and place the mixture into cases and put them in the oven.
"Ok Frosting!" Peeta shouts when They are in the oven. He is still facing the oven so I grab a handfull of flour of the kitchen and wait until he turns around. I decide to move closer so he turns around quicker and my plan works. I bend over laughing when I see his faces covered in flour. He must of had the same idea though because as soon as I stand back up my face ends up the same way.
"Oh its on Mellark!" I shout, grabbing some more flour. He does the same but not before he slips on the water we spilt on the floor, taking me down with him. I blush as I land ontop of him. I start to laugh again at the sight of his face but he cuts me of by kissing me. The only thing that breaks us apart is sound of the oven beeping. I sigh as I roll of a now chuckling Peeta and wash my face as he gets out the cakes. They smell so good!
I finish washing my face and see that Peeta has made the frositng and put out an array of decorations.
"Now for the fun Part" He says handing me a cake. We spend forever decorating the cakes and they actually look pretty good if I do say so myself. The door opens a crack and Delly comes rushing in.
"I SMELL CAKE!" she screams as Peeta picks her up and shows her all the cakes.
"After dinner dear" His mum says taking Delly from his arms. "Dinners ready guys so get cleaned up and we will see you in the dining room"
10 Minutes later and we are both flour free and sat in the dining room eating dinner with the family. After dinner we dine on the cupcakes that me and Peeta baked.
Around 9 Peeta drops me back home and I go straught to bed. After all the fun things we did today I can't wait to just fall onto my bed and go to sleep ready for Monday.
