KATNISS POV
"Katniss! Peeta! Get up!" Prim screams as she runs through the door to my bedroom. I groan and bury my head further into Peeta's chest.
"Come on you guys! It's Christmas!" She shouts, making her way to the bed and jumping up and down. I sit up slowly and so does Peeta.
"Ok Prim we are up!" I say and she leaves to go get mum and dad. I look at Peeta who is rubbing his eyes slightly.
"Merry Christmas Kat" He says leaning into kiss me.
"Merry Christmas Peeta" I say into the kiss. I get up, leaving Peeta in bed and brush through my wild hair. I place it in amessy bun for now and brush my teeth, nobody likes stinky breath....even on Christmas! When I come back out the bathroom I see Peeta rummaging through his suitcase for a shirt. I decide to run up to him and push him over onto the bed. It doesn't quite go to plan though seeing as he falls sideways and I also end up on the bed. He jumps up quickly and starts to tickle me. I am sucker for being tickled.
"Peeta stop!" I laugh but he continues.
"Oh my god Peeta it hurts!" I say, trying to pretend it hurts so he stops.
"Katniss! Peeta! What's going on in there!" I hear my dad shout from outside the door. It's only now that I realise how dirty that must of sounded to somebody outside. I laugh and open the door revealing us both fully clothed.
"see dad nothing" I say, walking out the door and into the living room where mum was already sat trying to contain an excited Prim. For a 14 year old she gets very excited for christmas. I take a seat on the floor next to the tree. This is where I have always sat, every year. Peeta sits next to me and we being to open the presents. As always dad get's out the camra and films us. I have nothing from santa but I don't expect to anymore. We watch as Prim opens up all her gifts from santa and then move onto family gifts. We have a tradition where we pile of our presents ready to open up and then go one by one in age order. Oldest to Youngest. First up is dad and he picks a present from Prim. He opens it and it is the watch he really wanted, and an expensive one too.
"Primrose! You didn't have too!" He exclaims, taking it out of the box.
"But I did so enjoy it!" She says, turning to mum who has picked a present from me up. It was the new pair of jeans that she really wanted.
"Oh Katniss dear thank you!" She says, holding them up to her waist for size.
"It's alright mum" I say leaning back on Peeta. It was his turn now seeing as he was a month older than me. He picks up a squishy square that I assume is clothes but I didn't use that paper so it will be a suprise to. He opens it to reveal and navy blue Jack Wills shirt that is from my mum.
"Thank you Lillian this is really nice" He says with a smile that I know is real. He adores Jack Wills so i'm not suprised.
"Your very welcome Peeta, I hope it's your size" She says, a hint of worry in her voice.
"Its great, thank you" He says turning to me.My turn. I also choose a squishy one just because it was the one ontop and open it up. It was a red hollister bikini with palm tree's on it and it was in my favourite style. A bandou top with frilly bottoms. I see the label and it was from Prim.
"Primmy! Thank you so much I love it!" I shout jumping up to hug her.
"It's alright Kat" She says turning to her pile. She chooses a small box and opens it. It was a gold Iphone 5 from both mum and dad. She squeals and hugs them both.
"Thank you thank you thank you!" She shouts!.
We continue to open up our presents until there are just 2 left in mine and Prims pile and 3 left in Peeta's.
Peeta goes first and opens up the pile of shirts I bought him. All from Jack Wills and Hollister seeing as he is obssesed.
"Thank you so much Kat" He says turning and giving me a kiss. The other one is also from me and it was the best one I brought him so I'm glad he left it until last. I pick out the small box seeing as our parents told us to leave the box until last. Peeta also has one which confused also. I see its from Peeta and open it up. He bought me a Pandora bracelet, with 4 charms already on it. One is of a pearl, one is a small square with 'Always will be our forever on it'', Another is of small cat, I love cats, and the last one is of a cinnamon roll. I tear up at his gift, which has so much thought and meaning in it.
"Peeta" I say, looking at his blue eyes.
" Hey don't cry" He says, hugging me.
"It's so beautiful" I whisper and he smiles. I immediatly put it on and make a promise that I will never take it off along wth my ring he gave me last night.
After Prim has opened up her last one. Some MAC Makeup from Peeta and she has calmed down seeing as she got so excited. All 3 of us open up our final gifts from my parents. We open them together seeing as that was the instructions given by them both.
"Okay" Dad says, placing the boxes in our hands. I have some suspicions but I don't let myself get to excited incase it's not what I think.
"1.....2......3!" Mum shouts and we all tear open the paper.
"oh"
"my"
"god"
are the 3 words we all speak as we reveal our new MacBooks from the paper.
"Mr and Mrs Everdeen I-" Peeta starts but my parents cut him off.
"No It's our gift from us to you" They both say. "Also Katniss told us that your last laptop broke so we thought this was a perfect idea" Mum says, sweetly.
" I just...Mum...Dad..HOW?" I shout, hugging them both hard.I look over to Prim who is sat there in shock.
"Prim?" I ask gently. "Are you alright?" I say quietly, placing my hand on her shoulder.
"I can't BELIEVE IT!" She screams, running around the house, screaming from shear joy.
Finally she calms down and we gather up our gifts and take them to our rooms.
"Thank you so much for my gifts Peeta, I really love them alot" I say, placing my pile onto the floor in the corner.
"Your welcome sunshine" He says giving me a kiss. I get into the shower and use my new lush soap. Also from Peeta. I change into my dress I bought the other day and dry my hair. I apply some make up using my new things from Prim before returing to the bedroom.
"Wow Kat, you look amazing" Peeta says, staring at me with his mouth open.
"Get changed Peeta my family will be here soon" I say slapping his arm and laughing at his face.
I decide to set up my new laptop so I plug it in and start it up. I put in all my information and whilst it is updating i sort through the rest of my gifts. I add my new makeup to my small collection and place my new straighteners on my dressing table. I hang up all of my new clothes and pile together my sweets and chocolate before returing to my laptop. Peeta emerges from the bathroom with one of his new shirts and jeans on. He flicked his hair up and I must say, he looks pretty hot.
" Take a picture, last longer" He says jokingly when he catches me staring. I look away and blush.
He takes out his own laptop and begins to set it up seeing as we still have 2 more hours before my family start to arrive..

Yes I did also split christmas day into 2 parts because I got halfway through and it was already pretty long and I didn't have much time.
