KATNISS POV
"Come on Prim! Spill the beans!" I say poking her in the ribs. Ever since she told me this afternoon this is all I have been doing.
"There is nothing more to know Kat! He asked me out I said yes, end of story" She says back in huff. Me being me, completly stubborn, I continue to ask questions.
"Peeta!" she shouts and he comes over to us after talking to my dad about something bakery related. "Please tell your girlfriend to sop annoying me!" She shouts and Peeta looks shocked but soon replaces that shock with a small smile.
"Come on Kat" He says, taking my hand and leading me infront of the others.
"Why would you do that?" I ask him, pouting a little.
"Because I don't wanna have to spend the entire holiday with you too grumpy people, I wanna enjoy so just drop it, if she wants to tell you she will" He says turning into the bowling place.
"Okay so it's Kat and Peeta vs Me, your mother and Prim" Dad announces tapping our names into the small keyboard. I'm up first so I find a ball ligh enough for me to hold and walk towards the lane. I try my best but only manage to hit 4 and then another 2 on my second try.
"I hate bowling" I huff as I sit next to Peeta. He chuckles at me and gets up for his turn. He manages a strike so at least we still have a chance of winning if Peeta's good.
By the end of the game me and Peeta have a total of 235 and the others 220. We exchange a kiss whilst the others hang their heads in shame. seeing as we won me and Peeta get to pick dinner so we chose a small italian resteraunt across the street. I order an extra cheesy pizza with chicken and it was delicous! For pudding we all decide to share a large brownie ice cream sundae before returning to our hotel. Tomorrow we have the morning in 11 until we travel down to 8 for 2 days. District 11 was just a stop off place but it was still beautiful all the same.
Back at the hotel I continue to annoy Prim about her new boyfriend until she evntually slams her door in my face. I walk back to our room laughing and collapse on the bed in fits of giggles.
"You are crazy" Peeta says grabbing his washbag and using the bathroom. I follow him and brush my teeth and remove my makeup. Once Peeta leaves I change into my Pajama shorts and vest top. I walk back into the room and Peeta has his back to me. I watch as he takes his shirt off completly un aware that I am behind him. I sneak closer until I am right behind him and Grab his waist with my cold hands making him jump.
"Jesus Kat!" He shouts. "Why are your hands so cold?" He asks, taking them and rubbing them together.
"I'm cold blooded didn't I tell you?" I smirk sitting on the bed and pulling the covers over me.
"Well I will have to change that won't I" He says in a low voice making me tingle inside
"Oh really?" I say watching him move closer to me on the bed.
"Yeh" He says, trapping my lips with his and putting his hands either side of my body so I'm stuck where I am. I shift down on the bed a little more and he moves one of hands up and down my body.
"Peeta" I whisper in between kisses. I wanted him more than anything but not in a hotel room with my little sister next door.
"I know, I'm tired to" He says collapsing next to me. I pull him closer snuggling down under the covers and resting my head on his bare chest.
"Night Katniss" He says softly
"Night Peeta" I say before sleep overcomes me.

*Next day*
KATNISS POV
I wake up to the sound of the shower running and groan as I see the sunlight bleeding through the curtains. Sunlight = No more sleep. I move to my left expecting to feel Peeta's body but I feel nothing. I sit up slightl y squinting in the bright room and see his side of the bed is empty. I pu the shower running and him missing together and realise that he is using the bathroom. I sit up a little more and grab my phone from the night stand. I see I have a few texts from the group and use this time to reply to them
Annie: Hey Kat! How's the trip going? The day you left we got a big snow storm so I hope you guys all got there okay xx
Katniss: Hey Ann. 11 is so nice! there isn't any snow but it's definatly cold! xx
Annie is so caring. It's not hard to wonder why Finnick fell for her. When Peeta emerges fom the bathroom I grab my things and take my turn. I stand under the warm water for 10 minutes before washing my hair and body. I get out and dress in some dark high waisted skinny jeans and a white long sleeved crop top. I apply my usual makeup and dry hair with the hairdryer before returning to Peeta.
"Hey your dad came over and said there was a change of plans" He says.
"OKay what are we doing now?" I ask.
"We are going to 8 early and spending an extra day there" He says, packing up his bag.
"We leave in an hour" He says and I begin to pack up my own things.
"Did he says why we were going early?" I ask
"Apprently some winter storms are coming and he did'nt want to get caught in them" He answers walking in to the bathroom.
"Katniss? Peeta" I hear my dads voive outside the door. "Are you guys ready to go?"
"Yeh we are ready" I say opening the door and walking outside with my suitcase. I take it down to the car and get in whilst everone else is putting there bags in the back. me and Peeta are at the back again with Prim in the middle and my parents at the front.
Halfway through the journey I wake up and see that the storms must of come earlier than my dad thought because everything in grey and the rain is pounding on the car. I look over to Peeta and he fast asleep so I turn to look out the window just in time to see the lorry come hurtling towards the car. I scream but it's to late and everything goes black.
