Bestfriends (A Hayes Grier Fanfiction)

Finally Together!

Ok so today I'm wicked busy! Along with tomorrow and Saturday. :(

Here's an update to keep you all busy while I'm gone  for a bit.

Mackenzie's POV

As I was laying in my hospital bed feeling weak as ever Hayes walked in.

He smiled and ran over to me and gave me a hug that seemed to last forever. I could feel his warmth and comfort.

As he pulled away I started talking. "Who took you. And how did you get here?" I asked.

Hayes took a chair and put it next to my bed. He began to explain what happened.

"Yesterday when we were at Disney you went to go and get ketchup. Right when you weren't looking I felt a leather glove grab my arm. Who ever it was they yanked me away. I couldn't see their face until I was thrown in the back of a van. It was Catilyn. She duct taped my hands together and threw me into the wall. It was torture. Catilyn kept on trying to kiss me but I shielded my face away from her. She had left to get something and she left the van door cracked open so I jumped out of the van and ran. She couldn't find me so I had to get the duct tape off. I sat on the ground and used a stick to poke at the tape to rip it off. Then I went to the hotel for a little bit. That's when I got a call from the hospital. So I came here to see you as soon as I could."

I grabbed Hayes's hand and just squeezed it for a moment. If he hasn't escaped then who knows where he would be right now. I was just happy to have him with me right now in this moment.

Nash's POV

I woke up and my head was pounding. I tried to sit up but there were wires and cords holding me down.

There was a cast on my leg and I saw that my right arm was wrapped up with a sling.

I was in a terrible condition. I wonder how Mackenzie was doing. She was probably still sleeping.

All of the Magcon guys and Mahogany, Morgan, Sayge, and Vanessa came into my room. I smiled and we all talked for a bit. I found out that Mackenzie was still sleeping and hasn't woken up yet.

After about an hour of being together everybody left and said that they were going into the waiting room to wait for Mackenzie to wake up.

I was getting really hungry. The last time that I ate was yesterday afternoon when I had lunch.

As I looked at the clock it said that it was 11:00 in the morning already! I decided to wait for lunch and pass time by taking a nap.

When I woke up it was 12:30. My bed side table had my lunch on it and it was wheeled over to my bed so that I could eat.

Once I was done I saw a nurse walk into my room with something in her hand. "Hello Mr. Grier! We have recovered a phone from the car accident and identified it as yours." As she handed me my phone I thought "thank goodness for my otter box case!"

When I checked twitter a bunch of fans had tweeted #magcontakeaslongasyouneed

I smiled at all of the support that the fans were giving me and Mackenzie. Only a few hate comments here and there but that's about it.

Mackenzie's POV

After Hayes had left to go get lunch I had finished eating my hospital food. Pushing my table to the side. My leg had a cast on it and my head felt like it had been wrapped.

I had to pee so I tried to call for assistance. A nurse rushed in and brought a wheel chair with her for me to sit in.

"Ok call me in when your done I'm right outside the door!" the nurse called and I went to go sit on the toilet. Looking in the long mirror that was in front of me I could see that my hair was a mess and my makeup had been removed by the doctors.

I looked like a hot mess. It was awful!

When I got situated back in my hospital bed Hayes was in my room waiting for me to come back. He smiled and walked over to me as soon as the nurse left the room closing the door behind her.

"Hey Mackenzie I have to ask you something..." Hayes began while scratching the back of his neck and then putting his hands in his hoodie pocket.

"What is it?" I asked eager for an answer.

"I was going to ask you this yesterday while we were at Disney on the ferris wheel but we never got that far. And I can't wait any longer. Mackenzie Smith, will you be my girlfriend?" he asked as he grabbed both of my hands and intertwined our fingers together.

"Yes!" I said with a happy tone.

He was mine finally! Nobody else could swoop in and steal him away from me.

Hayes reached down and gave me a hug that seemed to last forever. Whenever I'm hugging him I feel like I'm holding my whole world.

And it feels so good!

Short update I know but finally Mackenzie and Hayes are together!
