Emily sits down with Kathleen.
"Is the school gonna be mad at us?" Emily asks.
Kathleen rolls her eyes.
"Hey! Don't go silent again. I don't like talking to myself," Emily says.
Kathleen sighs and drinks the coffee.
"Smile," Emily says.
Kathleen rolls her eyes.
"No. I mean really. Smile. It sutes you," Emily says.
"Smiling hurts," Kathleen says.
"Then you don't do it often enough," Emily says.
Kathleen rolls her eyes.
"One two three four," Emily says.
Kathleen rolls her eyes again.
"To three. It's better," Kathleen says.
"Okay. One two three. One two three. One two three and stop," Emily says.
Kathleen takes a deep breath and sighs.
"Potato," Emily says.
Kathleen rolls her eyes.
"I tried. Um. That isn't that weird!" Emily says.
"'Cause i'm irish?" Kathleen asks.
"Maybe," Emily says.
Kathleen rolls her eyes with a small smile.
"See! That is a pretty smile!" Emily yells.
"Stop it," Kathleen says.
She hides her blush with her hands and rolls her eyes.
"Kathleen? Hey!" Emily yells.
"Hello," Kathleen says.
Emily rolls her eyes and takes a sip of her tee.
"Tee is amazing here. Like. I hate American tee. Isn't tee from China?" Emily asks.
Kathleen nods.
"Tee. It's an interesting thing. Same as coffee," Emily says.
Kathleen drinks coffee.
"Did you know that coffee beans have this weird thing about the people that get them?" Emily asks.
"Yea'," Kathleen says.
Emily drinks her coffee and rolls her eyes at the people looking at them.
"Don't look Emma. They'll turn you gay," a woman says.
"You are BORN gay. Bitch. Don't go around telling that lie to your child. That's fookin' stupid," Kathleen says.
"Kathleen. Don't," Emily says.
