"Prefect duties!" I called, running down the stairs into the common room.

"You don't even have your badge," Ariana sneered but I ignored her.

"You are so annoying," Draco teased, but I just kissed his cheek and left out the portrait door. Draco followed soon after and I stopped, pushing him against the wall.

"Interesting," he smirked but I just rolled my eyes.

"Ariana threatened me the day she showed up at the Death Eater meeting. She said if we didn't accept her she'd hurt everyone I cared about. I may have gotten additional training over the summer, but what if I'm not around? I want to start a defense group for everyone I care about, and then those who I accept in. I want to train you all so when something happens, all my Slytherin's are well prepared," I said and Draco looked at me for a moment.

"You really think she was serious?" he asked grimly.

"Yes, and I'm not sure if she was given training over the summer, so I have no idea what she can do. We need to think about this, and I think a class taught by myself would be really helpful," I said and Draco nodded.

"Let's do it," he said and I hugged him tightly.

"Thank you," I said, and then we walked around the dungeons.

After walking up and down the two bottom floors a few times, we set out for the Astronomy tower where we all decided to meet for our first party planning meeting. Draco and I were there first but soon after, Weasley and Granger walked in.

"Leah, you'll never guess what happened," Weasley laughed. Granger blushed madly and I raised my eyebrows.

"She started out by gushing to Lavender about how 'handsome' the twins look this year, and Fred heard her so he started playing that song 'I'm too Sexy' or something and..." he said, but then started laughing. I raised my eyebrows and Granger cleared her throat.

"Really Ronald, it isn't funny," she said and I heard the song 'I'm too sexy' start. Oh dear sweet Merlin. Granger covered her face and Fred and George came strutting in without shirts on and only in boxers. However, they did have their shirts in their hands thrown over their shoulders. My jaw dropped and I started cracking up after the initial shock.

"Well Hermione, your right as usual, the twins do look rather handsome," I winked. Even though they are blood traitors, they aren't ugly I'll give them that.

"Actually, we're rather sexy," George said, picking up Hermione.

"No, put me down at once!" she blushed and I smirked.

"Oh look, she's been swept off her feet," I smiled.

We were all laughing when that annoying 'ahem' echoed through the room. I don't even know where the other prefects were. I spun around to see Umbridge standing in the doorway with that disgustingly sweet smile on her face.

"What are you all doing up here after hours?" she asked and I stepped forward.

"We're prefects, we were just waiting for the others to get here so we could start planning our Halloween party," I said and she laughed sweetly.

"Whose permission was issued to this event?"

"Professor McGonagall's. We didn't mean to be loud," I said, putting on my innocent front.

"You don't have a prefect badge, and you aren't even in uniform," she pointed out and I sighed.

"I never wear my uniform, no one questions it. As for the prefect badge, my mother is sending it to me, I never got my mail this summer," I said exasperatedly.
