"Please come out," Pansy said through the door again. I was staring blankly at the wall with my knees pulled up to my chest and my chin resting on top of them.

"Leah, they're going to think you're depressed," Thane hissed.

"Don't say that!" Pansy whispered frantically, and I heard a smacking noise.

"Do not touch me," he said and I almost heard Pansy rolling her eyes.

"I don't wanna come out," I said dully.

"I have to leave soon," Pansy said.

"Then you can say goodbye through the door," I said.

"Oh forget this," Thane muttered, and he kicked the door so that it flew open. That bastard broke my door!

"Get up," he ordered. I shook my head and wrapped my arms around my torso.

"Leah, he didn't even break up with you yet," Thane said exasperatedly.

"Thane, you don't understand. He's the first person she ever cared about. This is really hard for her...she's not used to caring," Pansy sighed.

 "I don't care," Thane shrugged.

"Get up, now," he demanded and I heard a knock on my bedroom door.

"Leah, what are you guys doing?" Violet asked. I heard the door open and soon I saw Violet peek around Pansy.

"Are you sick?" she asked with a frown.

 "Go away," Thane glared.

"I don't have to," she glared back. Thane gave her the death stare and turned his attention back to me.

"Fine, waste your time here acting like a dementor kissed you; see if you ever get out of here," Thane said, shoving the half-closed door out of his way and walking out. I looked over at Pansy who was close to tears.

"Please Leah, just get up. Shake it off and worry about it later; I don't want you to be here forever," she said, offering her hand. I hesitantly took it and stood up.

"Act like you're okay," Pansy said softly, hugging me.

"I have to go sweetie; I'll see you in two days," she said, blowing me a kiss as she walked out the door. I looked at Violet who raised her eyebrows at me and I shook my head.

"You don't wanna know," I said, and we walked out to go get dinner.

Day Four

I have my final observation today and around noon I might get out of here! This is the happiest I've felt in two days. It's not exactly happy, but it's halfway there. I walked down into the room where my observation would be and sat down.

"Hello Leah," Dr. Greyson smiled, walking in.

 "Hello," I managed a smile.

"You've been very quiet these past few days," he chuckled.

 "I'm just bored," I lied.

"It can get boring here," he agreed with a smile.

"Well, I have some good news. You are being released from St. Mungo's, and we have no reason to send you to Azkaban. There won't be guards at Hogwarts, but the teachers will be keeping an eye on you, so just be careful. One minor slip up and you might end up here again. Other than that, you can resume your life again," he smiled. I felt a small amount of relief flood through me, and I wondered why the Power of the Phoenix never showed up on my tests. I'll have to look it up at school or at the Manor...oh God. The Manor.
