"Master, would you like something to eat?" squeaked a house elf.
"No," I said and she bowed.
"But sir, you have not eaten all day. Miss Tinsel was given specific instructions to make sure you ate!" she said.
"I'm not hungry!" I snapped. It was two o clock, but I didn't care. I've been waiting for any news on Leah, or if she's even been found. Finally, the fire place roared to life and Draco stepped out.
"My Lord, has Leah been here?" he bowed and it sickened me to look at him; I was even a bit embarrassed, though he wouldn't know the reason.
"No she has not, go to the Whomping Willow right now or I swear I will murder you. She needs help, dammit!" I said and Draco gasped.
"Oh my God...I never should've left her," he paled and then sprinted back into the fireplace, shouting 'Hogwarts'.
"What was that about?" Narcissa asked, walking in.
"Leah's hurt and nobody can find her," I narrowed my eyes at the now empty fireplace.
"You said she was dead!" Katie screamed, walking down the stairs in a fury.
"She might as well be," I said darkly.
"You are despicable!" she yelled, throwing a vase at me. I ducked and glared at her.
"Do not make me hurt you," I said and she stomped back upstairs.
"You said she was dead?" Narcissa asked wide eyed.
"Katie doesn't deserve to have Leah back. Besides, Leah could be dead for all I know," I said. I knew that was a lie though because as a horcrux, I would most definitely feel it if she died. It was maybe an hour before Severus walked in briskly looking worried and in despair. I haven't really seen him like this in any way since I killed Lily. Please do not tell me Leah died! He didn't look as devastated though...then again he didn't love her like that. I think she's more like a daughter to him.
"What is it Severus?" I asked calmly.
"They found Leah...she's bloody and unconscious," he hesitated.
"She's dead, isn't she?" I asked through cold lips.
"Not yet, but it doesn't look good," he said and I nodded.
"Thank you, Severus," I said and he hesitated before leaving.
"My Lord, I'm very sorry," he said.
"She's a Riddle, she'll make it," I said, though I wasn't sure if I believed it.
