Forgiveness, Collin and a Kiss

My head rested comfortably on Lukas's shoulder as I texted Eloise.
The party was over and neither of us could be bothered about cleaning it up just yet.
Lukas had his eyes closed and had one arm secured around my waist.

I didn't move much, I didn't want to wake him. He'd gone through a terrible ordeal tonight and I too would want a nap. However, I knew his arm would be getting numb so I sat up.
His arm tightened. "Where are you going?" He asked, suddenly.

Ah, so he hadn't been asleep.

"Just sitting up" I replied.

He tried to pull me back down but I wouldn't have it. "I have go to my Dorm, I need to assess the damage" I said, trying to worm out of his grip.

"Not now you don't" he replied, before pulling me back down.

My head rested on his shoulder again as his other hand lifted up to run through my hair. He then, brushed his fingers over my shoulder, making me shiver. I tilted my head so I could see him.

His eyes were open and focused on me. "You can't keep me a prisoner here forever" I said, lovingly.

He smiled gently. "I can sure as hell try" he replied.

I rolled my eyes. "I want to take you on a date, a real date" he said suddenly serious.

I raised my eyebrow. "Why?" I asked.

"Because I love you and I haven't exactly romanced you into this relationship" he replied.

"Yes you have, once in a treehouse, out in the field.." I was saying before trailing off.

He made a small growl before letting go of me and sitting up himself. I fell onto the floor and pouted before also sitting up. "What?" I asked.

"Is that why you're with me?" He asked, turning his head to look at me.

"It was a joke Lukas, its not why I'm with you at all" I said, shaking my head.

"Then, why are you with me?" He asked, looking at me expectedly.

I opened my mouth but nothing came out. Lukas sighed and stood up. I did the same. "See I haven't given you any reason to be in this relationship" he said, running a hand through his black hair.

"Where is all this coming from, Lukas you know I love you" I said, moving forward to grasp his arm.

He dodged me and walked away. Hurt. I followed after him. "Now you're just making it worse" I snapped and he turned around.

"You don't even know why you're with me.. How does that not hurt me?" He asked, touching his chest.

"Alright then! Why are you with me?!" I exclaimed.

"Because you changed me for the better because you gave me a second chance because I love you!" He replied.

"Yeah well you drive me insane! Both mentally and physically, sometimes I wanna be mad at you and other times I just wanna kiss the shit out of you!" I exclaimed back.
