Because of the accident I had my musels are hard as fuck.
I am getting an theropie to help them which hurts so fucking much btw.
My concussion is still there...pretty strong still...i can't do work.
Today it was enough for me to help my brother in his and my mom's work (whey work together because my brother is a mother kid 😂 he still loves his mum😂)
I was just packing letters and got such an headache...

Btw my heart is doing ok.
Nothing really changend...except that I am eating more 😄
Well in my body is more water then food now just because I wasn't eating for...a good time and now I am...sucks tbh😂
