Victim of a loved one

Jay and Nya had been together for two years now and go to the same class together. They were happy, nothing brought the two apart, not even Nya's spy brother. Until Kai managed to solve a quarrel, which brought the two closer together. But Kai didn't want that. The two loved ones spent the day together, sat together in the classroom, ate lunch together, and met each free minute they had. They often go out, sometimes through a beautiful park or forest, or together to go to the pizzeria for dinner. 

A very snowy day, Nya collapsed in the middle of class. The teacher didn't get it until Jay was screaming after her. He said while Nya was in his arms: ,,everything will be good soon" the teacher called for a ambulance and they took Nya to the hospital. Jay and Kai were allowed to drive with her to Hospital. The doctor diagnosed her with a heart defect, and every day Nya was fighting for her life in the hospital, Jay came to her hospital every day with flowers, chocolate or a card.

He often slept with her in the hospital as he would only cry if he did not know at night how she was. She needed a new heart. Fortunately they found a donation heart on 27.03. When Nya woke up after a long surgery, her brother and her parents were standing by the bed, but Jay was nowhere to be seen. Nya asked from who she had the heart to continue life. Her Mother replied: ,,A very special angel gave you his heart so that you can live". Her mother cried while she spoke. Nya looked at the other side of the bed, there were Jay's parents, but he had still disappeared without a trace. Jay's mother was crying: ,,Treat your new heart well... it loves you very much..." Nya began to cry bitterly. Kai asked her: ,,why are you crying now? for who donated your heart?". Jay's father gave Nya a note saying: 

  If you find me here I'll be dead, but my last wish is that you give my heart to my girlfriend in the hospital. She lies with a heart defect in there and fights for her life...she needs the heart more urgently as I. 

Nya cried worse and worse while she read this note. This is how Nya got a new heart.
