Chapter 15 - lazy day

(Cameron POV)

It's been a week since the accident and Chloe is finally getting out of the hospital today.

I woke up at 9 and got showered and dressed. I put on some grey sweat pants and a magcon hoodie. I got another pair of grey sweatpants and one of my hoodies and put them in a bag. I was taking them over to Chloe so she could change into them. She lived wearing my oversized clothing. And they were comfortable for her.

I skipped break fast as I was going to stop at Starbucks and get some coffee for me and Chloe.

I said goodbye to my mom and Sierra. I went to the garage and got in my car. I put the bag with the stuff for Chloe in the back and made my way to Starbucks.

I walked in and there was a couple of fans. I didn't want to be rude so I took some pictures with them. There was only 3 of them so I offered to buy them their drinks.

I ordered their drinks and then I ordered to two mochas for me and Chloe.

I waited for the coffees and then went back to my car. It was a 5 minutes drive to the hospital.

On the way I stopped and got Chloe some flowers. My mom and Sierra were already decorating the lounge with welcome home banners for her.

I finally got the the hospital and I rushed up to the wars she was staying in.

I walked Into her room and she was still asleep. I sat out coffees down on the table. I walked over beside her and I kissed her forehead.

She woke up "morning beautiful" I smiled and kissed her again "morning cam"

We drank our coffees and talked for a while. I then helped her out of bed and helped her get changed Into the sweatpants and sweater that I brought her. She looked so cute in my over sized clothes!

The doctor came and discharged her. They have her some crutches and a wheel chair. She was told to take it easy for the next couple of weeks.

I lifted her off the bed and helped her into the wheel chair. I wheeled her down to the car park where my car was parked. I lifted her out again and say her in the front seat. I put the wheel chair in the back along with her crutches and got on the driver seat.

It was a quick drive home. I had my fingers crossed that my mom would have the place ready.

"Cam just give me my crutches, I can get in my self this time it's not that far"

I opened the door of the car for her "no it's ok, you don't need them" "what are you-" I lifted her out of the car bridal style and walked into the house.

My mom and Sierra were in the lounge, they had a banner saying welcome home. There was a lot of cards and packages on the table from me, my mom and Sierra, and there was a lot from the fans . As soon as they heard about the accident they sent stuff like crazy. They also sent some stuff for Payton.

We sat in the lounge for an hour or two opening all the stuff. She got a lot of fan mail, get well soon cards and a lot of stuff for Payton.

While Chloe was in hospital I decided to finish Payton's nursery. Sierra had got some bed clothes for the crib and I had gone out and bought all the furniture and the rest of the stuff for the room. I had also bought a Moses basket for her to sleep in.

I hadn't told Chloe that I had finished it so once we were done opening everything I lifted her bridal style again and took her upstairs

"Close your eyes I have something to show you" she looked confused "cam what are you talking about" "just close your eyes and you'll soon find out." She put he hands over her eyes so she couldn't see. I opened to the door of the nursery and walked in with her still in my arms. I sat her down in the rocking chair.

"Ok you can look now" her eyes lit up. She was in shock "cameron I love it!" She kissed me

"Before you know it you'll be sitting in that chair with her in yor arms feeding her" this was perfect we were going to be a family.

We stayed in the nursery for a while. We then went into my room and we cuddled up in bed and watched some movies. It was just a perfect lazy day. We both fell asleep after a couple of hours.
