hide and seek

"What about hide and seek?" Ben suggested. The Losers had been sitting in the barrens trying to decide what to do for twenty minutes.

"What are we five?" Richie groaned.

"Your dick hasn't grown since you were five, so yeah let's play." Stan said, a smirk at his lips. Eddie almost choked on his gum and laughed.

"King of Clapbacks Uris has spoken, hide and seek it is."

Richie glared at Stan and Eddie, but got up and dusted his shorts off, immediately recovering.

"I want to be a seeker!"

"Now you're excited to play my game." Ben grinned to himself, everyone ignored him and eventually chose Stan to be the other seeker. Both of the curly haired boys closed their eyes and began counting.

"...29...30! Ready or not, here we come!" Richie and Stan called in unison and split off in opposite directions.

Stan ran off in search of Bill. He checked behind every tree he could see, knowing Bill couldn't have gone far. Finally, an idea struck him. There was still a big pile of twigs and mud where they had constructed the dam. Stan ran over and immediately saw Bill kneeling behind it.

"Got you!" Stan laughed, but the sudden loudness made Bill jump and he stumbled backwards, falling into the water. Stan tried to hold in his laughter as rolled up his pants, stepping in carefully. He took Bill's hand in his and pulled him up from the water, trying to ignore the disgusting wetness of his shoes and socks. As he pulled the boy up, they both balanced on the same rock above the water. Bill's face was extremely close to his, and his face was flushed. But Stan felt his face getting hot too.

"Yuh-yuh-you fou-found me..." Bill spoke barely above a whisper, as if afraid his voice would break whatever was happening between me.

"I found you..." Stan smiled, his eyes twinkling. Bill could feel Stan's breath against his face, and Stan saw his blue-green eyes close slowly. Their lips connected in a short and sweet kiss. The two boys had been continuously flirting and toying with the idea of being together, but this was the first big step either of them had made. And they both had the widest grins and deepest blushes on their cheeks.

Richie searched around the barrens, calling Eddie's name. Richie had seen Eddie the minute he'd opened his eyes- for such a small boy he was awful at hiding. Eddie had chosen to hide behind a tree, practically the only one smaller than him.

"Oh God, where could my Eddie be?" Richie called dramatically, and he wanted to slap the boy when he heard him laugh from behind his tree. Richie pretended to walk past him, then turned and grabbed his waist. Eddie shrieked and whipped around to face him. Richie pulled his boyfriend in by the waist and felt Eddie's arms wrap around his neck.

Richie started planting kisses all over Eddie's face, causing the smaller boy to giggle and squirm around. Richie kissed everywhere but his lips and Eddie's face was red.

"You're adorable Eds."

"Don't call me that." Eddie rolled his eyes.

"Cute cute cute!" Richie laughed, pinching Eddie's cheek then leaving a soft kiss on it.

"Watch it Trashmouth, lets go find the others." Eddie smirked and walked off, hand in hand, with his boyfriend.
