Lately, I've been stressed and so sick. I've had a bunch of meetings also. I still have a bunch of paperwork I have to do for Jake.
"Hey baby, how was your day?" My boyfriend AJ asks and kisses my cheek, as he just came home.
"Horrible. How was yours?" I ask.
"It was fine, but why is yours horrible?" He asks sitting down.
"Um well, it's just that I've had a bunch of meetings and paperwork I had to do." I answer. I then notice that tears were falling out.
"Hey, why are you crying?" He says wiping my tears off.
"Sorry..it's just I've been super stressed lately." I reply. He then hands me a cup of water. I drink the glass, and put it in the sink.
"Come here" He says sitting on the couch with wide arms. I then sit on his lap, hugging him.
He then starts singing "say you won't let go" by James Arthur.
I met you in the dark, you lit me up
You made me feel as though I was enough
We danced the night away, we drank too much
I held your hair back when
You were throwing up
Then you smiled over your shoulder
For a minute, I was stone-cold sober
I pulled you closer to my chest
And you asked me to stay over
I said, I already told ya
I think that you should get some rest
"Thank you baby" I say as he had just made my day brighter.
