Jun's POV

Nervous. More nervous then I've ever been. Confidence level; zero. Looking at myself in the mirror I couldn't even think of a compliment. What if I'm too casual? Should I change? Where are we going again? Wait! Was I supposed to plan it?! How did I even ask her out?

"Can you guys get a room? I feel sinful and awkward writing lyrics when I hear horrible nicknames, kissy sounds, and other... coupley stuff." The small red head complained.

"It is only awkward when it's only infront of you Jihoon."

"Well, I don't want to hear it! I was here first, so either you go to your room yourself or I force you into your room!" Jihoon shouted like a mother scolding her children.

"Whatever you say, Mom." I shot back at the pipsqueak.

As I was walking back to the room with Lilo, I heard him shouting some incoherent stuff.

" Who are you calling Mom?! I will have you know that I am just about the manliest thing on this Earth-"

Just then someone opened the bathroom door.

"Hey Jihoon could you shut up? I'm trying to concentrate here!"
"And you're bout as manly as Seungkwan in a haunted house!"

Verkwan had on green peel-off face mask and cucumbers in hand. But as soon as Vernon mention manliness Seungkwan began to attack Vernon.

The 'M' in Seventeen stands for manliness, that's why there's only an 'M' in the Performance unit.
"Are they using my green masks...without me?"  The wild Tayten emerged from where the furious Jihoon stood. "Traitors!"

Why can't I find peace and quiet with Lilo?

"I don't know about you but I'm feeling like we need our own time, so you wanna go somewhere tomorrow night?"

Lilo began to smile and dramatically gasp. "Is THE Wen Junhui asking me on a date?"

My mind blanked out (as per usual) but my mouth moved and that's how I got here.

"Lilo... on second thought it might rain." I told her as she laced up her shoes. Her new shoes.

She looked down and smiled, "perfect."

I pointed to her shoes, "you'll pout if they get dirty."

Lilo sighed, standing up. "They'll get dirty one day, so why not today?" She smiled, pecking me on the cheek. "Let's go."

I couldn't help but smile as she took my hand dragging me out the door even though she had no clue where we were going. First thing we did was have dinner at a small restaurant that an old friend now owned. Originally it had been his parents, but now it belonged to him and his family. My mind began filling in the blanks slowly. A daughter... two sons... and then, I looked up at Lilo... nope! Let's not get carried away, I thought to myself.

After paying the bill I escorted Lilo to the door. But she did not want to leave my friends little daughters. She was so good with the shy little girls who came to love her in the few minutes she joked with them. It really made me feel something... in the end I had to pry Lilo from the kids. It was a more tragic scene then Jack's death in the titanic. Lilo glared at me like I'd murdered her mother. But after joking around with her she went back to normal Lilo.

I looked up at the sky as we were walking back to the apartment. "It's going to rain." I murmured, looking at the heavy clouds ready to burst.

Lilo looked up at the sky. "You won't. Bet!" She challenged. Watching her I couldn't help my snicker, as I wrapped my arm around her shoulders hugging her close. She grabbed the cloth of my jacket over my back leaning her head on my arm. "What?" She asked with that adorable twinkle in her eye.

"You're just so cute." I laughed, kissing her cheek.

She wriggled free, but held fast to my hand. "No I'm not. I'm an adult." She whined sarcastically.

Just then the sky fell. Luckily Lilo and I were on the covered sidewalk. She stopped everything reaching her hand out to let it get soaked by rain. "Yooo~" She snickered. She gave me this mischievous look before jumping off the sidewalk into the rain. Lilo was immediately soaked in water.

"Oh my god Lilo!" I laughed as she stood there clicking her heels in a puddle. I immediately began shimmying out of my jacket, "you're gonna get sick!"

"No I won't." Lilo replied, even though literally everyone in the apartment knew she's weak as hell when it comes to her immunity. In most cases someone could sneeze and Lilo is screaming, 'you're gonna get me sick! Ya nasty!'

I laid my jacket over Lilo's head as I braved out into the rain. I scooped her up bridal style, taking the little pale girl back under the covered sidewalk.

Lilo frowned, "way to kill the mood." She exclaimed while cozying up under my jacket. She continued to frown. "You're gonna get wet and cold." She murmured.

I sighed, "at least the apartments close."

"Oh yeah." She remarked. "I can walk." She murmured looking up at me with puppy dog eyes.

I sighed letting the girl down. But I kept her under my arm, holding her close. Cause body heat or whatever, haha.

As we neared the door I asked her, "so successful first date?"

"Hmmm," Lilo pondered, "I'm not sure..."

I raised an eyebrow, moving my arms from Lilo's shoulders to her stomach (where she's very ticklish).

She squealed backing away quickly. "Okay I give you a nine out of ten."

I advanced, "nine?"

Lilo started laughing (and I wasn't even touching her) while holding her arms out to distance herself. She was backing away slower now bracing herself for an attack. "Okay, okay, like a 9.95 out of ten."

"Wow, that's just rude." I joked as I closed the space between us.

"Jun, I swear to god. If you tickle me. I will end you." She said, between nervous laughs.

"Hmm. Okay." I said, leaning down to kiss her.

Things are perfect... which leaves so much room for doubt. Why do I feel like somethings going to ruin this?
