Lilo's POV

"Okay, I'll be right beside you the whole time okay? I swear they're so nice."

"I don't doubt that they are... it's just... scary," I murmured. Feeling so vulnerable like this... I kinda wished he would hold me and say I didn't have to do it. I talked to the members once. That was good enough right.

Jun chuckled, looking up, "they aren't scary."

"I would beg to disagree." I murmured as we walked up the stairs to the apartment. Tayten and Minghao were still at the salon. Apparently, his hair was being ornery and didn't want to lighten up. This caused us to leave them behind.

Jun sighed rolling his eyes, yet I could still see the smile. "Okay, let's just go."

"But I'm not-" I began.

Putting an arm on my back and thrusting the door open, he began talking in a foreign tongue I couldn't understand. And all the members seemed to chuckle and exchange comments between each other. I turned around hitting Jun's shoulder lightly. "You told them I'm shy didn't you!" I pouted, still aware of his hand under my shoulder blades. We probably look so coupley, I thought to myself while smiling.

"Why're you smiling?" He teased taking a step closer.

I raised an eyebrow hitting his shoulder again, "why am I smiling!? Why are you smiling!?" I asked jokingly in between giggles.

"Okay well, she doesn't look very shy to me!" A voice called out, in English. I know that voice... "morning gorgeous~" ringing in my head.

"Oh my god! Leonardo di Asianeo, you're 'morning gorgeous'!?" I said turning around quickly.

"Oh my god Vernon really!?" Another boy muttered in English as well.

I raised an eyebrow, "so you're the one that's 'Joshy'." I said putting air quotes around the name.

He blushed rubbing his neck, "yeah."

I glared at him, "someone else has dibs on Tayten. Back off Princess Bubblegum."

The one they called Vernon sighed, "these nicknames have me messed up." He chuckled, "thankfully it seems Jun is gonna keep you here to get to know us so we can hopefully escape them."

I frowned, "you'll never escape them. Ever." I muttered. I was now weirdly aware of Jun behind me. Sometime during my talking with the two English speakers, he had wilted. I wonder how long he's been resting his head on my shoulder. I also became weirdly aware of the fact my hand was ontop of his head, ruffling his hair. It almost felt like he was purring.

"Where's Minghao?" A boy I recognized as Princess Peach asked in deplorable English.

Jun replied in Korean getting some more comments from other members. It felt easier to bear my anxiety with him right there. Back at home, I had a therapy dog... I mean he died recently, but Tayten and I had shared him. His name was Andy and he was the smartest. He could retain enough information to specially care for both Tayten and I. He did this thing for me called DPT (deep pressure therapy) where during anxious situations he would be on or against me so that I could feel his heartbeat. By feeling that Andy was there and calm I became calm. I could feel Jun's breathing, calm and slow and it kind of had a similar therapeutic effect. Sadly I could snuggle and praise him for being a good boy.

Interrupting my train of thought the obnoxious one called out, "hey so is this a thing now?"

I choked on air, at the sound of that. Jun looked at me confusedly, I could feel it. The boy then, I'm assuming, repeated it in Korean. The moment he did I heard Jun's breath hitch as he buried his face in my neck. Maybe to him, it seemed like a good way to hide his embarrassment... but to everyone else... it just seemed like confirmation.

Finding my ability to breathe I replied, "no... we've just been living together for a while okay?"

"I've lived with him for years and he doesn't cuddle me this way. Is it cause I'm a guy? Oh, I'm offended for sure." 'Vernon' continued.

I sighed, "I was gonna stay and talk to you guys... but you are actually particularly annoying." I muttered, nudging Jun so that I could walk free. I made a beeline for my room, on my way through I bumped into someone slightly taller than me. I murmured a quiet sorry while bowing.

I didn't feel like looking up till he said, "you won't stay?" Then I looked up. His smile was blinding and kinda made my heart skip a beat. It was the stud I'd dubbed, Romeo.

"Uh.." I wanted to say something by found myself at a sort of loss for words. Just as I thought I might've sorted myself out I felt a hand grab my wrist and swing me into the next room in a single swift move. On the other side, I was pressed up against the closed door with him holding me tighter than I've ever been held before.

"You can't look at him the way you look at me. That's just not fair."
