Jun's POV

"What was that about?" Seungcheol smacked my head making me go a little towards the fire, almost burning me a bit. But I wasn't bothered by it. "Why were you so cold to Lilo? Like even Woozi, THE Woozi wouldn't be that cold to PDA."

"Reasons." I mumbled.

"What was that? I only heard bullshit?" He began to fire up, the only time Seungcheol would get this mad is if a game went a little to far to the point of everyone hating eat other. "Are you in your man period?"

"No," I sighed. "My parents...didn't want me home for New Year's, because they didn't approve of Lilo."

"What? Why?"

"Because of the incident, they told me that Lilo could've brought harm my way and I could've gotten hurt." I began to close the lid to the grill and I watch the smoke rise from it. "And to barely fairly honest I don't care if I got harm just as long as Lilo is okay I'll be fine." I gave a small smile to Seungcheol who was crying, like a weird anime cry it was weird.

"My kid is oh so grown, I did well." He pulled me into a hug. "But he's still oh so dumb." He smacks my butt. "Get it together, you chose Lilo, at least I hope you did, you can't treat her cold just cause your parents are. Man up."

"Ok ok ok. Thanks, Seungcheol, you are a really good leader."

"I know," he blurted out almost before I was done with my sentence. "Just go make Lilo feel better because Jeonghan told me, Joshy and Lilo are gossiping over wine and cheese."

"Lilo!" I ran to my girl who was eating string cheese and drinking water in a wine glass? "I so so so so sorry." I slid into the barstool next to her and held both of her hands. "I'm so so so so so so stupid. It's all because of a dumb thing with my parents and it made me distant, because of what they said hurt me. And I'm s-"

"You're sorry." She cut me off. "It's okay, parents can be butts I definitely know that. If you just told me it family issues than I would be ok, I would try and make sure you would feel better." She smiled at me. "BUT YOU STILL DONT HAVE TO GIVE ME A HEART ATTACK  MAN! YOU NEVER KNOW YOU COULD'VE REALIZE THAT YOU ACTUALLY LOVE MINGHAO!" She began to attack my arm.

"BUT IT MADE ME REALIZE I LOVE YOU EVEN MORE." I began to dramatically fawn over the girl as she giggled at my romantic antics.

"This is why I can never stay mad at you, I hate it, I hate you." She pouted.

"You hate me because you hate loving me so much."

"Also a true statement." We finally began to settle down our waves of laughter and the room filled with odd conversation until she asked. "but what were you and your parents arguing about."

Seungcheol darted his eyes at me and so did I. "Uh..."I began to stumble through my millions of excuses until, "About how I didn't become the leader, how  Seungcheol sucks as a leader, he's just so horrible."

Seungcheol rolled his eye and began to defend himself. "And of course he defended me because he even said I was the best leader in the world, but it did upset him to the point he was mad at the world."

Seungcheol was going on about how amazing he is until Lilo began to laugh.

"Bruh it wasn't that deep, like him being called out for being so horrible is hilarious, but Seungcheol is... alright I guess" she shrugged.

"WHAT DO MEAN 'alright I guess' IM LIKE THE FATHER FIGURE I DONT THIS DISRESPECT!"

"I DONT EITHER, YOU ATE TAYTEN'S HELLO KITTY FRUIT SNACK! YOU DONT UNDERSTAND I HAD TO GO OUT IN THE FREEZING COLD TO BUY HER MORE OR ELSE SHE WOULD CRAMP UP."

"HOW DOES LACK OF FRUIT SNACKS CAUSE CRAMPS?"

"IT'S CALLED PERIODS. THEY DONT MAKE SENSE AND MAKE YOU HURT FOR NO REASON!"'

"This is an interesting way to start the new year." Jeoghan noted.

"Why is there smoke coming from the oven." I gestured to the smoke floating to the ceiling.

As soon as Jeonghan looked at it the smoke alarm rang.

"SEUNGKWAN YOU CLUMPS OF COAL IS GONNA COOK US ALIVE."
