Tayten's POV

I was walking with Joshy and Minghao when a girl came up to us. I looked quickly from one to the other, but they were both completely calm.

"I love you so much!" She gushed, then she pulled a teddy bear from behind her back, extending it to us. "It would mean so much if you accepted this!" She looked to only Minghao and I like Joshua wasn't even there. "You're so funny!" She said to me in careful English. She repeated herself again in Chinese for Minghao, who nodded and smiled. What a softy. "Can I get a picture?" She squeaked.

Minghao looked to me, I could read his eyes. He seemed slightly uncomfortable. I judged him lightly, smiling to the younger girl. "Of course!" I dragged him closer as she took the photo. She thanked us and left quickly, nearly tripping as she skipped away. "That was cute," I said to the two boys as I examined the stuffed bear. "This thing is especially adorable." I continued, hugging the bear.

"Let me see." Joshua said, extending his hand to take the white bear with red bows on it ears. "It's so soft." He added.

"Right." I replied taking back the bear. "Isn't it cute, Minghao?" I asked him, looking for some reaction.

He smiled, "yeah."

I frowned, "hey, you're acting weird."

He frowned, "I don't know. Something about that girl seemed weird. I mean she didn't even acknowledge Joshua's existence."

"So it wasn't just me. I thought that was kinda strange too." I replied.

"Cute, where'd you get that!?" Lilo asked as I entered the apartment with the two boys.

I smiled and held the bear like a trophy. "I got it from a fan," I raised an eyebrow at her.

Lilo frowned, "I want a fan!"

I tossed Lilo the bear, "you're in luck. The girl said it was for you, Jun, Minghao and I."

Lilo examined the bear. "It feels kinda heavy..." she murmured. Lilo gasped, "what if its one of those teddy bears with ashes in it! Should we open it and check?" Lilo reached for the back of the bear, but it was completely inaccessible.

I quickly descended upon her, snatching the bear from her hands. "People don't actually do that! Don't be so rude. You can't dissect our fans gift!"

Vernon chuckled, "I mean at least your being cautious Lilo."

"What do you mean? She's acting crazy!" I countered.

Joshua shook his head, "people these days do lots of questionable things. You can never be too cautious."

I frowned, hugging the bear. "Well I prefer to have faith in people!" With that, I marched into Lilo and I'd bedroom, placing the bear by Gunther. "I won't let them hurt you." I murmured, letting the stuffed animal gently. "Not at all."
