Lilo's POV
Lately I couldn't shake the feeling I was being watched. But you know what was a great distraction for it? Jun. it's funny how he has the ability to make me forget all the cameras, love, hate, and scandals. The thing that always worried me though, was getting caught. Even our director had no clue about us. I want to tell her. I want to tell her so bad. But Jun said we can't yet. Not with his group being so close to their comeback. Because what if she couldn't keep quiet? If the press knew, everyone would forget about the comeback and only pay attention to the drama. And I don't want that for him. Not at all. So I chose to keep quiet.
On another note, now that he felt more secure about our relationship I was finally allowed to branch out more and be more friendly with the rest of his members. Before though... it was just me, him, Tayten and Minghao. And if I breathed in DK's direction Jun got very jealous. Although it was kind of cute.
"Hey, come back from fantasy land, we have a problem." Tayten muttered snapping her fingers in front of my face.
I snapped back and glared at the girl. "Look." She said, pushing her laptop in my face. "More dating rumors." She muttered as I looked at a short, and pretty terrible, article about DK and I.
I chuckled, "it's so bad. This is obviously fake."
Tayten rolled her eyes, "well duh. But the fact is that dating rumors get people crazy. And fans are starting to get impatient."
I sighed, "about...?"
Tayten sat down slowly, putting a hand on my shoulder. "A lot of them don't want us near the boys. They think we're trouble."
"They won't listen will they?"
"Who won't?" Tayten asked, confused and concerned.
I met her gaze. "Their manager."
Tayten grabbed my wrist, "let's walk back to our room okay?"
I nodded my head following my friend through the quiet house. The boys were finally off filming teasers and their music videos or whatever. I was so proud and happy for them all. But it worried me too. At the end of the exchange or once their music video was released- whichever happened first- they would all fly far, far away from anywhere Tayten and I could reach them.
We sat down in our room closing the door. "Look," Tayten began. "At some point we both have to put our personal feelings aside and think about what's best for them and their image. And the reality is we might not have anything to do with that."
I nodded my head, "don't you want to... you know... tell him before then?"
Tayten shrugged, "maybe. But I get this feeling that I shouldn't."
I shook my head, "you should! I'll back you up even if no one else does."
Tayten frowned, "but what if it hurts... what if it hurts Gunther's feelings!?"
I shook my head in disbelief, "shouldn't you be more concerned about... hmmm, I don't know, Joshua?"
Tayten smiled, "I know he'll support me. That's what friends are for."
I smiled, I wish I had Tayten's confidence in people. I was surprised she had that trait honestly. Between the two of us... so much had gone wrong it's a surprise we can be so normal, so happy.
Tayten sighed wiping her eyes, "this got really depressing."
I nodded my head, trying to laugh it away. "Yeah."
The grey haired granny opened her arms, "let's hug it out." I nodded in agreement, giving her the warmest of hugs. Tayten chuckled, "I hate to say this... but maybe I should tell him. Better now then never, and if our days might be numbered then shouldn't we... hold them like we hold each other?"
I chuckled, hugging Tayten tighter, "when did you grow up?"
She giggled resting her head on my neck, "Minghao's deeper than the ocean bro, I think he's rubbing off on me."
I let go of my friend, "just remember to keep a cap on it."
Tayten giggled some more, "you too, okay?"
"Tight as ever." I said extending my hand for a fist bump.
"Always and forever."
