Chapter 19

Manny turned around slowly to see a boy that looked exactly like Jack, but his eyes got a little dark hint to it and his white hair had a black streak.

He also wore a hoodie similar to Jack's but black in colour and he didn't carry any staff. He was standing at the entrance of the academy with a smirk on his face.

" Jack Dark?!" Manny asked, alarmed (You've guessed it, BlueLondon612_42817, it's Jack Dark).

Pegasus snapped her head to the boy's direction and her world seemed to spin around her.

" No way..." Jack (Frost) whispered to himself as his Similar approached them slowly.

" Um... I need to go to the washroom." Hazelia told Syirayuki quickly and she vanished into thin air, teleporting herself to some other place.

" Well, well... what do we have here?" Jack Dark asked.

Pegasus's anger boiled inside her and she stomped to him before slapping him across the face, which made everybody gasped.

" You dare step a foot here?!" she yelled at his face.

Jack Dark's eyes widened in shock as he looked at her.

" Peg-Peg, I..." before he could finish, Pegasus kneed his stomach until he kneeled down on the floor, groaning in pain.

" Don't call me Peg-Peg," she said sternly.

" Why are you acting like this?" Jack Dark asked.

" Why am I acting like this?! Oh, wait, let see... we used to be so happy together, but then the Queen of Darkness took you away. And that's nine-hundred-something years ago and then a few weeks ago, you appeared in the forest and acted like you didn't saw me at all. How are you gonna blame me for "acting" like this now?!" Pegasus shouted.

Jack Dark widened his eyes again.

" I didn't know you were in the forest... truly. And why are you calling mom the Queen of Darkness? She's also your m—" but before he could finish, Pegasus interrupted him again.

" She's not my mother! A woman like that is not my mother! No, she is hardly a woman, she's a monster!" Pegasus exclaimed.

" How could you say that?! She came here again to see you... we came here to see you," Jack Dark told her.

" See me? Yeah, right. Then what? Change and brainwash me to be like you? No, thanks," Pegasus replied.

" Pegasus, why don't we listen to what the boy has to explain?" Manny suggested.

Jack Dark blew a sigh of relief and thanked Manny. While he explained, Pegasus glared at him.

" So... I know my mother and I vanished, but then we came back because... because we want to beg for forgiveness. Well, my mother want to beg for forgiveness. She said she's done a lot of damage and chaos so she want all of it to be cleared away and forget about the past and build back a family," Jack Dark explained.

Manny and the others all were silent except for Pegasus.

" Beg for forgiveness? After all she has done?! What do you think me and my dad are? Idiots?" she declared.

" Pegasus, we'll discuss this later. We have some other issue to attend to. By the way, Syirayuki, where did Hazelia go?" Manny asked Syirayuki.

Syirayuki glanced around before looking at Manny.

" She said she's going to the washroom. But why is she taking so long?" she asked no one in particular.

" Probably to run away from me." Jack Dark stated with a simple shrug.

Y/N looked questioningly at Jack (Frost).

" Why would she run away from him?" she whispered.

" Long story," Jack whispered back.

" And you didn't tell me the Queen of Darkness is Peggie's mother and she has another sibling," Y/N whispered again.

" Another long story and he's a stepbrother," Jack answered simply.

" So... you must be the Princess of Hearts. Y/N, if I'm not mistaken?" Jack Dark approached Y/N with a smirk. " And hey, Similar," he greeted Jack.

Jack just (barely) nodded at his way.

" Well, yes, I'm the princess. And you seem to be... whatever "Similar"?" Y/N asked with a confused expression.

" You don't know? A Similar is a person that looks the same like the other person. Say, I'm the spitting image of Jack here," Jack Dark replied. " You're a princess, how could you not know about all of these?" he added.

" I'm still new to this world. I've grew up fifteen years of my life in the Normal Realm. So, thanks for the info though... you look, well, dark." Y/N said and looked back and forth from Jack Frost to Jack Dark before shaking her head. " This "Similar" thing is creepy." she finished.

The others all laughed.

" So... I heard there's an issue, what is it?" Jack Dark asked as he turned around to face Manny.

" Why do you—" Pegasus haven't finished her sentence when another voice interrupted her.

" I'm back!" a girly voice exclaimed excitedly from the entrance of the academy.

Y/N froze as she knew that voice all too well.

Her old enemy from her old school.

Evelyn knew the voice too as she caught Y/N's eyes.

When they all turned around, a girl with long creamy white hair and wearing a black dress that revealed a little too much skin and black boots stood at the entrance. Her lips were painted black and she looked beautiful, as before. Beautiful but dangerous.

" Tasha?!" they all exclaimed in unison.
