" Scrub that, wash that, sweep that, mop that, blah... blah... blah... what do they think I am? Lucky I don't have other place to stay or not it'll be goodiebye to them." Merida complained to herself as she mopped the floor.

Mrs. Harris and Janice were out. It has been almost a year she had stayed there as a maid in the house. The two had treated her as a maid since the second day she was there.

They had only gave her two slices of bread and cheese for breakfast and a bowl of salad for dinner. Every. Single. Day.

And since she moved up and down the stairs and here and there in the house a lot, she had grown thinner by each day.

Though Mrs. Harris did pay for her school fees, which she didn't even ask for, since school was another boring thing. But at least she get to escape from the house and also there's Nelly, who was a geek and a friend, who was also nice to her.

Merida's life schedule was a busy one. Wake up in the morning, go to school, when she came back she had to start her cleaning. And every Saturday she had to work the horses' stables which Mrs. Harris owned. Only in Sunday did she get to have a free time... after she had clean the whole house.

Her life was a total Cinderella.

After she was finished with her work, she went to her room and took a refreshing shower and pulled on a white shirt and some leggings before going out of the bathroom and stared at herself in the full-length mirror... at the face and body that wasn't supposed to be hers, a body that belonged to someone else. Her brown hair had lightened itself day by day and now it'd turned into a brownish-blonde and hung just past her shoulders. Her green eyes looked so dull and so not alive.

So not like Merida of Dunbroch.

" Where's the Merida I used to be? Where's the archeress? Where's my real face? Who took it?" she asked herself and a silent tear slid down her face.

She missed her real self... the one that's brave, confident, loud... she missed the Fantasy Realm and her friends more than anything else. The place she belonged in. She would do anything to get back there.

" Rida?!" a girl's voice called out from downstairs.

Merida sighed and wiped her face before going down the stairs. A girl with jet black hair and dark eyes stared at her with crossed arms.

" Where's my dancing shoes? I need to get to my dance class. It's a Sunday, Rida! After you find me my shoes then you can go anywhere you like. Okay?" the girl said.

She had just came back from her guitar lesson and needed to get ready for her dance class. Merida looked at the girl and pointed at a pair of bright orange shoes on a chair behind the girl.

" It's there, Janice," she said.

The girl looked behind her and her face flushed.

" Oh. Thanks, Rida. Sorry because I yelled at you just now. It's just... pressure, y'know? Having a mom that force you to do this and that?" Janice apologized.

Merida smiled faintly. Janice could be kind sometimes when her mother was not around.

" It's okay," she replied.

Janice returned the smile and picked up the shoes before walking out of the front door. Merida picked up her own sling bag and also went out the door to go to the park with a book about archery.

Hiccup was in his room, drawing Toothless when a knock and a child voice called him from outside his door.

" Brother Hiccup? Nanny said to call you... she needs you to help Tommy with his science project."

Hiccup put down his sketchbook and pencil and stood up before opening the door to find a little girl.

" Okay. Let's go, Tina." he said and took the girl's hand as they went down together into the living room to find Nanny Camila on a cushion knitting with three more children playing block letters.

Nanny Camila smiled at Hiccup as he let go of Tina's hand so the girl could join the three children. Recently, people had started sending their children to Nanny Camila again so there she was, watching over the children while their parents work. There were five children in total. Tommy Jake was the oldest. He's eleven while his sister, Tina, was six. The rest were Carol Blake, age eight, Bob Edward, age five, and lastly, Susie Wood, age three. The kids had started calling Hiccup "Brother Hiccup" as they stayed there.

" Where's Tommy?" he asked Nanny Camila.

" Outside." the lady replied, gesturing at the door.

Hiccup walked out of the door and found Tommy sitting on the grass with his head in his hands.

" Hey, buddy. What's up?" Hiccup asked, sitting beside the boy.

" I can't seem to shape this PlayDoh into the shape I want it to be!" Tommy replied with a groan.

" Oh, what shape do you want?" Hiccup asked.

" An egg," Tommy answered, embarrassed.

" Egg?" Hiccup repeated, trying to not laugh.

" Yeah," then he looked up at Hiccup and groaned before playfully punching the older's boy's arm. " It's not eaay for me, okay? I need it to be perfect..."

Hiccup laughed did and just knead the dough before shaping it.

TIME SKIP BY A LAZY ME ;)....

" Ta dah! Here's a special egg for you," Hiccup exclaimed after he had finished shaping the dough.

" Wow. Thanks, brother!" Tommy said and took the dough.

" Sure thing, kiddo." Hiccup stood up and left Tommy to continue his project.

Rapunzel  yawned and turned off the alarm on her bedside table before stretching herself. It's 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning.

That means she had her part-time job as a waitress at the ice cream shop nearby her house on tow. She stood up from her bed and walked to her window before sliding off the curtains as the sunlight spilt into her bedroom. She smiled to herself and grabbed a towel before taking a bath.

When she was done, she pulled on a black shirt and brown jeans before going downstairs along with her bag.
Mr. Duff, her foster father, smiled at her in the kitchen.

" Good morning, Ran," he greeted.

" Morning, father." she replied before pouring herself a bowl of cereal and sitting down. " Where's Ames?" she asked.

" She's ups—" before Mr. Duff could finish, the sound of soft padding footsteps made the two of them averted their gaze to the stairs to see a little girl with curly blonde hair and big blue eyes went down the stairs.

" Good morning, everyone.," the girl said.

" Morning, Princess," Rapunzel and Mr. Duff replied in unison.

" Anyway. It's almost ten. How 'bout I bring you to the book store after I come back from work?" Rapunzel asked the girl.

" Yeay!" the girl exclaimed excitedly.

" You know, Ran. You don't need to go to work since you're still studying. Me working is enough," Mr. Duff said.

" Eh... you know I'm too easy to get bored." Rapunzel said as she grabbed her empty bowl, washing it and then started walking towards the huge living room. " Goodbye, see you later!"
