Andy's POV
"Babe seriously?" Rye asked as he sat up and looked at me.
"I'm serious. What would you do if I got you a puppy?" I said once again.
"I would love you and that puppy so much." He said as he rubbed the tired out of his eyes or at least tried too.
"I just wanted to know. Christmas is coming up soon and I want to know what you want." I said.
"Anything from you would be special." Rye replied as he gave me a kiss.
"I know but it's just something I've thought about a lot." I said as I got down from my bunk. I was about to leave with Rye to go home for the Holidays.
At The Beaumont house (Christmas Morning)
I was up before anyone else because of the puppy and I was really excited to give it to Rye, and The twins. I was waiting for everyone to get up out of bed and soon enough everyone was awake. We opened presents and the puppy was last.
"I'll be right back I need to go get your present Rye." I said as I quickly jumped up and ran upstairs. I got the puppy and came back down.
"Babe close your eyes." I said before I came around the corner.
"Okay?" He said in almost a question.
When I knew he had his eyes closed a walked around the corner and gave the puppy to him.
"Open." I said smiling.
"Ah! A puppy. And it's a Australian Shepherd! The one I wanted." Rye said cheerfully.
"It took a long time to find a breeder but then I found one and well here you go." I said still smiling. "The name is up to you." I continued.
"Hero." Rye said.
"Fair enough." I said as I hugged Rye and Hero licked my face.
"I love both of you." I said.
"I love you too." Rye said as he kissed me.
This Christmas was fun. I got Rye the puppy he wanted and Hero would stay here but we would visit often because I wanted Hero to learn that we were his owners.
I was sitting on the bed with Rye watching The Grinch (I Lowkey love that movie.) and Hero was sleeping peacefully.
"Thank you so much Andy. It was great this year I love you." Rye said as he looked at me.
"It's nothing Rye. I love you too." I said as I kissed him and went back to cuddling and watching the Grinch.
