I mentally giggled because Rye was trying his best to be quiet as he was getting ready to go out for a run.

I turned over pulling the covers up even more because it was cold.

I stretched then sat up.

"Did I wake you?" Rye asked in a whisper.

"No. I'm just a light sleeper." I replied.

"Are you sure?" He asked.

"Babe, I'm sure." I replied chuckling.

"Okay." He said then kissed me on the forehead.

"I'm probably going to be asleep when you get back since you're sick and think getting up at 5:45 is a great time to run." I said giggling.

He playfully rolled his eyes.

"If I didn't....you would Have these." Rye replied pointing at his abs.

"You got a great point." I said laying back down.

"I'll be back soon." Rye said kissing my lips then leaving.

I woke up and the sun was now out and shining into the room.

Letting out a groan I rolled over hitting something.

"You're finally awake. I thought you were dead." Rye said kissing me softly.

I noticed he had a towel around his waist.

"Did you get back not to long ago." I asked as I sat up rubbing the tired out of my eyes.

"I got back about an hour ago." Rye replied.

I looked at the time. 8:40 am.

"3 hours is a bit much, don't you think." I said concerned.

"Nah. I just kinda got caught up with nature and the view. I just sat there for about an hour then got lost." He replied laughing.

I shook my head as I laughed.

"What?" He asked confused.

"You? Lost?! Yea I believe that." I said smiling.

"Well yea. It's kinda new here." He said snappy.

"No need to get snappy. I know it's New. I'm just playing." I said leaning over and kissing him.

"I know you are." He replied kissing my quickly then he got up and stared to get dressed.

"Why now?" I complained.

"Because. Every Morning and evening." He replied putting his earbuds in.

His hair was under a beanie and he looked really good.

"I'll see you in a bit." Rye said walking out the front door.

Now I just had to wait for him to come back.

The front door opened signaling Rye was back.

I got up and laid on his bed while he took of his clothes that were drenched in sweat.

"This is the worst part." He complained taking his shirt off that was sticking to his skin.

"Well...maybe you should run with your shirt off, well when it's warm, but when I'm around Of course." I said turning red.

"Of course. Anything for you baby." Rye said taking his pants leaving him in his briefs.

I kinda looked but quickly looked away.

Hearing him chuckle he said "or I am wait to get a shower since I would be sweaty again.

I yelped as he pulled me into a gentle hug.

"Uh...I'm good for tonight." I said laughing nervously.

"I was only joking my love." Rye said as he let go and went into the bathroom to get a shower.

I slipped off my pants finally settling into his bed.

His covers are like mine but they seem more comfortable because they smelt like him. It helped me sleep when he was gone for a day or when he is gone for a night.

He eventually got out and didn't bother Messing with his hair so he left it wet.

He got into bed and put an arm around me.

"I love you." He said looking at me leaning it but never kissing me.

I smiled softly.

"I love you too." I said almost in a whisper putting my forehead on his.

"You Okay." He whispered as he moved hair away from my face.

"Yea. Just tired." I replied.

He chuckled as I cuddled into his side.

Yes I'm the older one but I'm always the small spoon and the less dominant one in the relationship and I like it.

He put his arm around me protectively before kissing my forehead.

I soon fell asleep myself and soon felt Rye lay down fall asleep.

As I put my head on his chest I felt his chest rise and fall at a steady pace.

His heartbeat is what put me to sleep.
