I woke up late again and was rushing to school.

I looked at my phone and then bell was about to ring.

Shit. I had 10 minutes to get to class and R-no Mr. Beaumont's room was on the third floor.

Might as well be late and I don't wanna be outta breath so I'm just gonna take my time.

Just as I reached the third floor the bell rang.

Well shit.

I finally made it to the classroom knocking on the door.

Mikey let me in. I was relieved to see my best friend.

"This is the third time Brooklyn." Mikey whispered.

"Sorry jeez." I said coming in but Mr. Beaumont called me out.

"Mr. Wyatt, I'll like to see you after class. This is the third time you are late."

"Fuck." I mumbled.

Mikey nudged me, smirking because he knew about Rye and I's relationship.

"Shut up." I mumbled and turned red.

Rye winked at me and Mikey giggled.

I sulked in my seat and tried to hide myself away from the class because I was red.

Class went by surprisingly fast and the bell soon rang.

As the class cleared out I went up to Rye.

Once all the students filed out of the classroom Rye shut and locked the door.

He leaned up against the desk.

"So, why were you late? It's the third time Brooklyn."

I started to get hot and knew I was red.

"I woke up late." I whispered.

"Are you staying up late?" He smirked.

"N-no. I've been having trouble sleeping, and then when I do fall asleep it's like 3 in the Morning. I only ever get 3 hours of sleep." I replied looking down at my feet.

He hummed In response.

Rye was really understanding and caring. We've been dating and keeping it on the down low for awhile.

I'm 18

He's 22

Not that bad of an age difference.

"Come to my house tonight. I know your parents are gone for awhile. And being the only child." Rye smiled.

Yes I know he's not an only child but it's for the story.

"I know." I replied getting excited because I could finally sleep with Rye again.

"I'll pick you up after you get home and get clothes for tomorrow ready. Just call or text when you are done."

"I will do." I said as I almost went out of the room but not before giving Rye a long and passionate kiss.

"I love you." Rye said softly.

"I love you too." I responded.

"Have a great rest of the day baby." He said as I walked out of the room.

I smiled then headed off to maths.

The day ended without any incidents and I was finally home and packing to spend the night with Rye.

I just shot Mikey a text saying if my parents came home early (really unlikely) he has to cover me and he agreed.

I heard Hero bark then shut up.

Rye was here.

I got the rest of my stuff together and went down stairs.

"Ready?" He asked Running his fingers through his hair.

I smiled then went out the door.

Mikey was gonna watch over Hero so no need to worry about that.

I ended up falling asleep In the car ride and he carried me in or that's at least what I felt at least.

He set me down on the bed gently and helped my tired ass take my shirt off.

I had sweats on so I just kept those on and as Rye was walking out of the room I said something.

"No, baby stay with me."

Rye chuckled before he slipped his shirt off and climbed into bed with me.

He pulled me close allowing me to take in his scent.

"I love you." I mumbled.

"I love you too B."

I cuddled up to his chest and soon fell asleep just before it started to thunder.

Okay so I'm just gonna say something really quick.

So I recently found out through a person I talk too on Twitter and I found out that her friend reads my story.

Okay I'm not gonna shout you out because I don't want to then make you feel uncomfortable but I can tell you this...

She's from a place I really wanna go to

And I just wanna say something about her real quick.

She's a really active reader of mine. Jut as she is waking up I'm eating dinner and going to bed as she's starting her day.

She's so sweet and she's said for me to stick in there for a really long time and that I can get through it but I want you to know that GIRL YOU CAN GET THROUGH WHATEVER IS GOING ON as long as you focus on the light and not the negative things.
