Rye's POV

This was on Chris Mind you! I got this video on Christmas. I haven't talked to Andy since. I was in my bed laying down and trying not to cry because he cheated on me. With a GIRL! Andy walked through with the guys because they got back from the gym and Andy knew why I wasn't talking to him. He got a shower and when he came back out he just stood in the door way.
"Rye...please let me explain." Andy said.

I didn't respond.

"Please. I can't stand it any longer. I need to explain." Andy said.

"Fine." I said getting down and walking into the kitchen then shutting the door behind us and locking it.

"It was her. Sandy. She showed up again. I didn't want her in my house but she forced her way through. I didn't have power and she was stronger then before. She forced herself on me Rye. You had to listen and head my side of the story. It's not cheating. Didn't you see the video? I was handcuffed to the bed. She put me like that and there was no easy way I could get out." Andy said now In full on tears because he let it out.

"Baby. I'm sorry I didn't listen to you sooner. I should've trusted you." I replied pulling him into a hug.

"So what you're saying is that you were raped by her?" I continued.

He nodded a yes.

"Lucky for you I know a few people who are hella good lawyers." I replied running my fingers through his hair.

Andy's POV

"ORDER OF THE COURT!" The judge said.

I was sitting there as they read the sentence she was going to serve for doing that to me. They called the sentence and found her guilty of rape and aggravative assault. She was going to be in prison for a while. The case was done and I was so happy. I walked out of the courtroom and and saw Rye and the band. I ran up to Rye and threw everything around him. My legs around his waist and hands around his neck and my head in the crook of his neck.

"You won! I heard the lawyers talking. Baby you won!" Rye said as he tighten his grip.

I started to cry.

"Shh. It's okay." Rye said.

All the guys came around and gave me a hug.

"I should've listen to you in the first place. I knew you were always loyal and alway will be. I know you will never cheat." Rye said lacing his fingers with mine.

"Thank you Rye and you guys too. For being there with me and for me." I said as I hugged the band and Rye last so I could give him a long hug.

"How about we go back home now and relax. It's been a long day for you." Rye said kissing me on the cheek.

"Sounds great." I said as I kissed him and walked out of the courthouse.
