As the day passed on and the moon took over the sky, the doorbell rang.

No one was expecting someone, which made William wary. Danielle made her way to the door, since no one was going to, but when she fiddled with the lock, Will got up and went to stand behind her.

But there was no reason to be cautious. There was merely a note that was stuck to the doorbell that kept on ringing.

"It says The Beast," Danielle remarked.

She turned to the man, unaware this wasn't a joke, and gave him the letter.

"Maybe one of your previous lovers," she joked before heading back inside.

The way those two words were written, made him tense even more. He recognized the swirly letters as being written by his nemesis.

Slowly he unfolded it,

'My Dear Beast,

I need to tell you how beautiful your Beauty is. So pure. She quite reminds me of Amanda. You remember her, right? Of course you do.

My men have told me you haven't stopped looking for me and that you're going to pay for that pricey surgery her father needs.

You've gone soft, Beast.

Just like before.

This time I'll have even more fun ruining your life again.

G.'

Meanwhile was the brown-haired beauty in the kitchen, helping Théière preparing late night snacks for the movie they were about to watch.

The elderly woman asked who was at the door to which she jokingly responded there was only a note from one of his previous conquests who had written to 'their Beast'. She chuckled at the thought of actually calling him that for a nickname.

The grey-haired female tensed up, luckily it wasn't noticed by Danielle, and said she was going to see William to speak about it to him.

Brushing it off as a mother instinct-thing, Danielle waited at the pan of popcorn to warm up.

Théière knocked on the office door and slightly pushed it ajar, only to find William with his hands in his messed up hair.

"Is it that same person?" she asked quietly.

"Yeah," he said absentmindedly, "I just don't understand how he got all the way here. Men surround my property twenty-four seven."

"Maybe there is a traitor," she proposed.

He hummed in approval, "Maybe. But that means Elle isn't safe here. She could be snatched away any time of the day."
