"Let me go!" I yelled at Tara.

"No! You will not go to him!" She protested.

"WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF SOMEONE TRIED TO STOP YOU FROM SEEING RYAN?!" I was so desperate to go and see Alex.

I know.

Pathetic.

But I love him, no matter how many times I denied it.

And besides...I have to give him his necklace back.

Excuses, excuses.

"I  would kill for him." She admitted.

"See? Please. I have to give him his necklace and that will be my chance to see him. Tara, I need to know how is he doing. I'm worried because all I feel through the mate bond is anger and frustration. He is not well. Please..." I felt like crying. My mate's condition is getting worse by every second and I can't stop it.

"I'm sorry, darling. I'm worried about you, I don't want him to hurt you. Again."

"Is that a 'yes'?" I pleaded once more, hoping, that she will see how much I needed that.

"Go. Just..." She looked at me with teary eyes.

"What?" I asked.

"Take care. Oh, and mind-link me if you're in danger!" I smiled.

"Of course. Love you." I kissed her cheek and hugged her before going.

"Love you, angel." She kissed my head and pushed me lightly.

"Bye, auntie." I blew one more kiss to her and left.

God...

HELP ME.

...

I'm still standing in front of our house, my nerves about to explode.

I've been here for an hour!

Scared to call for him.

Scared to knock.

Uh.

This is shit.

"I told you I don't..." I jumped out of shock. He was right in front of me, talking on his phone. As soon as he saw me, he ended the call.

"What?!" He spat.

Well that's a nice greeting.

"Alex." I greeted him with a nod.

"What do you want, slut?" He asked and I cringed.

Still a slut?

Yeah.

"I came to bring you your necklace back. Here you go." I slipped it on his open palm. "Bye now." I turned around, ready to leave when...

...someone hit the right side of my body, aiming straight for my ribs.

What the wolf?

"Hello there, I didn't see you."

Who is it?

Justin Enswick.

Shirtless, may I add.

But nothing special, add that too.

"Justin! You scared me! What's going on?" I asked the boy.

Man, he gave me a heart attack.
