SHADOWHUNTERS: I hate it tbh but love it

I WAS OBSESSED. With. This. Show.

Maybe I was.... okay i kinda liked it but hated it at the same time. The first season was kind of cringy and Clary OH CLARY HONEY. U was so annoying.

The story is interesting, they got me there. Shadowhunters fighting of demons blah blah. And you get to stare at Matthew Daddario and Emeraude Toubia for 40 minutes (yeah theyre not on screen 40 minutes straight but their glorious presence is always there). Btw Simon is a cutie.  Jace ofc, his eyesss .

But boi do I not like the ships on this show.
Not trynna to be this basic bitch who only cares about ships in shows but get real hun, the only reason I began watching this show was because of Malec so it 's definitely about the ships.

What I want for this show:
-Malec (Alec and magnus)
-No Clary (clary and jace)
-Saphael (Rapheal and Simon) IM SORRY ITS MY #1 CRACKSHIP
- Izzy and Clary (dont know their ship name) IM SORRY ITS MY SECOND CRACKSHIP.

But we gotta stay realistic tho. We're not gonna get 3 gay ships. Malec is the real thing, at least we get that. But I got to say something about Malec and it's not gonna be all rainbows and fun (gay reference had to hehe).

The reasons why I ship it but don't ship but I do but, just read:

FIRST OF ALL. I havent watched this show in quite some time so i might be wrong and might say some bs, bare with me.

OKAY LETS GET THIS RIDE STARTED.

Malec is glorious. Its the forbidden love (it is fight me). The shadowhunters protecting the world from the underworld , aka Magnus. AND THEY GAY.  I love how no one is bothered by their gayness. (At least I dont remember any homophobes).
Plus point, Alec is hot as f×ck. BUT I dont always like his character, its strange sometimes. He's this very polite, always doing what he's told hunter who's badass with his arrow and bow and is shy and sometimes akward. SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT CHARACTER EH. It is. Fortunately he got sassy too because I love the sassy ones, the ones who tell the truth bit a lityle bit bitchier. Oh right my point,  yeah he kinda lost that sassiness and that is why I started to like his character a bit less.

Okay I immediately shipped malec, why?
- GAY. THE GAYNESS.
- the romeo juliet thing
- their flirting
- their marvelous first kiss

Then I kinda stopped shipping them? Why
- no real action
- they just seemed good friends instead of loversssz
- the show got boring for me
- I found their scenes to be a bit awkward , this is a problem because im very VERY good at sensing awkwardness.
- it seemed a bit like queerbating.

Realization of ship and no ship:

No ship- i snorted when i saw them competing with EVAK. Uhm sorry hun but you cant beat the master ship.

Yes ship- I literally screamed when a clip of malec came out (i had stopped watching at this point) eventhough i hadnt seen anything of the episodes I WAS FREAKING OUT. So I AM CONFUSION. I was really confusing myself again, do I like malec again? MAke Up yOuR miND.

SO. Malec. I ship it, just not enough. I ship it more than Clexa tho but it doesnt even come near my OTPs for life. (If u the100 fans wanna read more about Clexa, stick around!)

Short one. I dont remember much about shadowhunters, only that I didn't like it that much.
