{Madeline's POV}
I ran my hands down my dress slowly. It was a beautiful dress. McKenzie did a good job picking it out.
"I think I'm going to throw up." McKenzie said pacing.
"Stop pacing!" I said quickly. "You're going to start to sweat then you'll ruin your makeup. Plus, you're supposed to be nervous... it's your wedding day."
Today was the big day for McKenzie. Now that things had settled down she finally picked a day to do the wedding before something else could happen. I probably should start thinking of a day soon. Ryker and I haven't quite got there yet.
"Why is it so hot in here?" She asked sitting down on the stool causing me to chuckle.
"You're going to be fine." I said giving her an encouraging smile.
There was a knock on the door and Ryker popped his head in.
"It's time, are you ready?" He asked and she slowly nodded.
"I can do this." She told herself and I smile and pulled her in for a hug.
"You are the star today, chica. Go get your man." I winked and she couldn't help but smile.
"Will do."
Her mom walked in and I smiled walking by her and to Ryker.
"Have I told you how amazing you looked today?" He asked raising an eyebrow and I grinned.
"Only a million times." I replied and he let out a playful growl and pulled me to him.
"And i'll tell you a million more." He said and I saw the other bridesmaids lining up.
"We have to go." I told him and he nodded placing a kiss on my lips and turned heading towards where McKenzie's fiancé, Dave, stood with his men.
Dave wanted Ryker to be one of the groomsmen saying how much he has helped McKenzie and me. Ryker accepted of course.
I walked over to the girls and smiled at the familiar faces. Some of us were close back in my old pack, some of us were new to one another.
I was in the front of the line considering I was the maid of honor and I took a deep breath. We paired up with each of Dave's men and I was with the best man, Adam, who I also used to be friends with.
Dave left to get in his spot and it was finally time.
"Crazy isn't it?" He asked holding his arm out and I wrapped mine around his.
"It is." I said smiling and he chuckled and we walked to the doors as the music started.
We walked down the aisle of the church and Dave had the biggest smile on his face. It was heartwarming. He had wanted this for so long.
Adam and I split and walked to each side we were supposed to be on as did everyone else. I couldn't help but feel a little jealous as I saw an old friend, Brittany, clinging to Ryker's arm like she was the one getting married. Her eyes were glowing with happiness and Ryker just looked bored.
When McKenzie came down the aisle and everyone stood, I looked to Dave who held tears in his eyes.
Goddess, I hope Ryker looks at me that way on our wedding day.
I glanced at him and he was already looking at me. I smiled as he grinned and looked back to McKenzie as her father gave her to Dave.
It was beautiful.
Their vows were just as beautiful and I teared up hearing Dave's.
By the time they said 'I do' I was completely ready for my own wedding day.
