Ben's car was parked in the driveway when I pulled in. My heart sank.

"Well, so much for that," I muttered. I leaned heavily against the steering wheel and closed my eyes. The guys had decided to go home for once, allowing me and Brodie to finally get some quality alone time, something we hadn't gotten in a very long time. But, once again, it looked like it was going to be impossible.

My gut started to flare up again. I was tired of never spening enough time with Brodie. I was getting jealous of everyone else around her, especially Ben. He was always with her it seemed.

What if the baby liked him more than me? What if Brodie likes him more than me? What if she's going to leave me for Ben?

The angry thoughts bounced noisely inside my head. I turned off the car and stormed inside, unable to keep my cool any longer.

The threw the door open and stormed inside. Sure enough, Ben and Brodie were sitting side by side on the couch with Oskar nessled in between them.

"I'm home," I muttered through clentched teeth.

"Oli!" Brodie squealed excitedly. She whipped around and awkwardly bounced off the couch as fast as she could. "I'm so glad you're home!" she said, waddling into my arms. She pressed her warm body against mine, and I felt myself relax. I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her close. her warm breath tickled my neck as she spoke softly.

"I've missed you all day," she said. The angry thoughs quickly dissappeared as I nuzzled the top of her head. My arms wrapped tighter around her.

"I missed you too," I whispered. I felt her laugh slightly.

"Oli, you're squishing me," she said. I quickly released my grip and stood back to look at her. Her sparkling eyes shone with love and affection.

"Sorry," I whispered. I pulled her face closer to mine and kissed her lips softly. He smiled under the kiss and tanlged her fingers throug my hair as she pressed back into my body.

"Jesus, you two, it's only been a few hours," Ben said lloudly. She smiled again and pulled away from me, twisting her fingers though mine.

"Shut it Ben," she said playfully. He smiled and tossed his hair back out of his face and nodded at me.

"Oli, good to see you again," he said. I gave him a curt nod and lead Brodie to the other couch.

"How long are you here for?" I asked. Ben shrugged and propped his feet up on the coffee table.

"When you kick me out," he said with a smirk. I tried to smile back, but I knew it was faked. Brodie must have sensed my tension, because she rested her hand on my leg and squeezed.

"Relax," she whispered. She neslted down next to me and faced the TV again. Ben did the same. If he noticed my anger, he didn't say anything.

"I have to pee. Again. I'll be right back," Brodie said suddenly. She pushed herself off the couch and walked in front of me. Oskar boucned up and followed her out the room. Her hand brushed through my hair as she passed by. I felt myself relax a little more. Maybe I was just being paranoid...

Ben and I sat in awkward silence for a few beats before he fiinally sighed and leaned forward.

"Look, Oli, I don't know what is going on with you, but if you're mad at me, I'd at least like to know why," he said without looking at me. I sighed and burried my face in my hands.

"I don't know Ben. It's just this stress with the pregnancy," I said finally. He chuckled slightly.

"You think the baby won't like you," he said. My head jerked up.

"How's you know?" I asked. He shrugged and leaned back again.

"Brodie told me. But I'm not an idiot. You think that this kid won't like you because you'll be gone a lot, right?" he said. I sighed and nodded.

"Yeah. I will be, That kid won't even know me and it'll have to grow  up fatherless. Either that or I give up music," I said.

"No. You won't. It means to much to you. And Brodie knew what she signed on for. And you know what? It's gonna be fine. Rockstars have kids all the time. Kellin Quinn seems to be doing alright with his kid. Things are going to be fine, Oli. And Brodie will be too," he said. I sighed and leaned back in my chair.

"I guess I'm just a little jealous. Everyone gets to spend time with Brodie, more than me. You, Cassie, even Jona and the guys it seems. Everyone but me is going to get to watch this kid grow up," I whispered.

"Oli, you know that's not true. Did you forget I'm in a band too? And Cassie and Jona live in another country, plus, he's in a band too, remember that?" he said.

"I know," I whispered.

"So you got to quit worrying. Your kid is going to love you. And it's not like you'll be gone forever. Your fans will understand. They have so far. Again, rockstars have kids all the time, and they all turn out just fine," he said. I nodded and tried to relax.

"Oli!" Brodie screamed. I jumped up and darted up the stairs, ben hot on my tail. I could hear Brodie screaming from the bathroom. I felt like I was running in slow motion. I threw the door open and cried out. Brodie was leaning against the bathtub, blood covering the floor around her.

"Oli," she whispered faintly. Her face was pale and sweaty, and the blood was still coming. I rushed over and scooped her up.

"Brodie? Baby, what's wrong?" I cried, tears spilling down both our faces. Ben's face had gone white.

"The- baby," she whispered. More blood came rushing out of her and she sunk into my arms.

"Ben! Call an ambulance!" I screamed. I picked her up as carefully as I could, holding her against my chest.  "It's gonna be okay, baby, I promise. Just hold on," I cried. I walked quickly out of the bathroom. I could hear Ben of the phone, screaming frantically.

"It's my best frined. She's almost eight months pregnant and she's bleeding. I think it's the baby. It's to soon! Please, come fast!" he screamed into the phone. He was crying as well as he glanced back at me.

"Oli, what can I do?" he cried. I looked back down at Brodie. Her eyes were rolled into the back of her head, but she was still breathing.

"Car keys. We don't have time to wait," I cried. He nodded and wiped the tears away from his face. I rushed to to the door as Ben threw it open. Flashing red lights danced arross the front of the house, and paramedics came rushing up.

"What happened?" one asked. I shook my head as he tried to pry her away from me.

"Don't touch her!" I screamed.

"Sir, we need to get her to a hospital." he said. Ben came over and carefully pried my fingers away from her frail body.

"She passed out on the bathroom floor, and there was blood every where," Ben said. The paramedic nodded and carefully placed her on the gurney. I tried to fight off Ben, but he had a firm grip on me.

"Let me go!" I cried, but Ben jerked me away.

"Come on Oli. We'll follow them to the hospital," he said. He yanked me to the car and somehow managed to get me inside. I screamed at him the wholee time, but nothing I was saying was making sence.

"Please, God. If you're there, don't let anything happen to my girl," I whispered.
