Glass Heart
Curled up in your arms
No need to be alarmed
For I have opened up to you
And given you my glass heart too
You peeled away the iron casing
Seen through the false frills and lacing
Inspected all it's pieces and cracks
And put them all back
You hold my fragile heart tightly
Don't think of this gift lightly
For just one more crack
And no one will ever be able to put it back
