It's been awhile, I know

There is a lot that I haven't posted about but I guess I'll tell you guys now.

Okay so if you all remember I lost my dog back in June and in late July I got another boxer puppy, Bailey.

Bailey is almost 8 months old.

Our landlord is not approved of Bailey and forced us to move.

The apartment I had lived in since I was 11 and the apartment my dog died in and I was being forced to move.

My mom had moved 6 months before so this was the second time in a year I had to pack my things.

My dad and I had 2 weeks to fine a place.

I told me my dad

"We don't have to keep her."

I was willing to give up the puppy I had just gotten. I held that puppy at 8 days old and here she was 6 weeks old.

Put my dad KNEW I wouldn't be able to.

I wouldn't be able to hand over the puppy after just losing my other one.

So we moved into a house

The landlords were my best friends parents!

When I mean best friend I mean I've known her for 5 yrs and her parents consider me family.

This house has 4 bedrooms and one bathroom.
A den, laundry room and a good size kitchen.

If it seems like I'm rushing it's cuz I am and there is a lot to tell.

So we've lived in this house since August 12 or 13

This house as many problems like:

Leaky roof

Little consolation (it's freezing all the time)

Mice in the kitchen

And fleas

We discovered the leaky roof when we had a summer rain storm.

Winter has brought cold temperatures and we realize it's hard to warm a big house. The house doesn't stay warm either.

I spotted a mouse on the counter one night when I came to get a drink. I work with animals 5 days a week so yes I do know what a mouse looks like. We've caught 4 so far and it looks like the problem is solved, for now.

My puppy caught fleas and we learned the house was in infested. We have boomed the house and my dad bought (expensive)  monthly flea treatments.  We were flea free for 3 months but last weekend I saw some again on Bailey.
I gave her and my older dog a bath and reapplied the treatment.

My older dog has not been doing so well she's 17 years old and I think she'll need to be put down soon.

Losing 2 dogs in 8 months is rough.

My dream college rejected me  via email yesterday

Oh and someone broke into the house while I was upstairs sleeping so yeah I almost died!

I think that's pretty much all that's happened.
