Roman POV

My husband Drake and I have been married for 5 years now and I can't complain. He was sent from the Heavens above and I love him to death.

But lately, all that seems to happen is him posting me on his social media. Don't get me wrong, I love and respect what he does but sometimes I just get so embarrassed. I mean, I am in great shape, but not like these video vixens that be dancing on his videos so it just makes me a little insecure.

Anyway, it was around 7:00 pm and we were getting ready to go out for dinner with his mom.

"Aubrey come on, stop taking pictures. I ain't even done with my makeup." I said as I blocked his phone from getting in my face.

"You don't even need that stuff baby girl." He flashed his million dollar smile and I couldn't help but smile back.

We made it to the restaurant. He opened the door for me and let me in. A few minutes later, his mother showed up as we stood up to greet him.

"Hi baby." She said as she warmly embraced me.

"Hi Ms Sandra. Long time." I said as she sat down.

"Right? I thought by now y'all would have been expecting my grand babies. Aubrey...?" She slowly turned her head to face my husband.

"Momma? When the time is right, it'll happen, I swear." He said as he rubbed his mother's hand.

"Good, cause you know I'm not getting any younger." She said as we all shared a laugh.

"Uhm, excuse me, I have to use the restroom." Aubrey said as he gave us kisses in the cheek before he walked off.

"What's wrong baby? What's bothering you?" She asked as I snapped back to reality.

"Huh? I'm fine Ms Sandra, really." I said.

"Darling, even a child could see that something was wrong, talk to me." She said as I sighed.

"Alright. So lately I just feel so insecure about Aubrey posting me on social media. I don't really know why, but that's just how I feel." I said as I sipped on my virgin cocktail.

"Roman... you know it's hard for Aubrey to open up to a women. I was really astonished that he had found someone as beautiful, inside and out, as you. He's very lucky to have you. Especially nowadays, with all these heffers that are after his money and male part."

I laughed at the last part she had said. Coming to think of it, all Aubrey ever wanted to do was to take pictures and make memories.

Flashback...

"Slowly... almost there.." he trailed off as he held my hand.

He had blindfolded me, leading me somewhere. I remember it was my birthday, and I was so anxious to see what was behind the blindfold.

"Come on Aubrey, let me see.." I said.

"And.. Open!"

"Aubrey what's-"

"SURPRISE!!!" Everyone yelled and I gasped, getting ready eyed.

Everyone, from my parents, cousins and friends was there!

The best part... he was holding a recorder, in order to catch my expression. ♥️

Till this day, since the 6 months we dated, that video has always been on his social media and it just reminds me of the wonderful times we've shared together.

I looked up at the bright flash, to see him holding his phone once again.
