"And, here we are." August said as he let everyone into the colossal house before him.

He turned the lights on, causing the luxurious living space to illuminate.

"You stay in this place all by yourself? This is huge!" KJ said whole looking around in awe.

Y/N was speechless. She had her eyes roaming everywhere else except on August.

"You got a side business you doing on the side, 'cause it ain't just music paying for this." Elijah questioned with a raised eyebrow.

"Nah, just the music. It's what I love. Anyway, y'all go get comfortable." He said as the two siblings ran off with their belongings, checking the house out.

Y/N had her head down, looking at the dirty Forces.

"Thank you once again August. I really don't know how I'm going to repay you."

August softly lifted her chin up.

"I really don't expect you to. Stay here as long as you need."

"I promise to be out of your hair as soon as I settle my bills."

"Y/N-"

"No, I mean it. This is beyond generous, taking me and my siblings in."

"Like I said, I enjoy bein' around you. And KJ startin' ta like me too." He said as they shared a small laugh.

The next morning, Y/N was in the kitchen preparing breakfast for everyone but especially for August as a token of thanks.

She hadn't slept so good in her life and she definitely had a glow to her already beautiful face. Being at the house was definitely a break she needed from her chaotic life. The siblings were going to school today and she was only going back to work tomorrow.

"Wow, this is a nice surprise." A very happy August commented as he walked to the fridge for some water.

"Good morning. I'm sorry for taking over your kitchen, I just wanted to do something nice for you." She replied as she plated the food.

She got a glimpse of his physique and only realized how attractive he was in those sweatpants, revealing his bare chest. She felt as though everything was going on slow motion but definitely kept her composure.

KJ and Elijah came down and greeted.

"Haven't slept that good in a minute. Thanks again Aug." Elijah said.

"All luv lil man," August looked at him. "Y'all need a ride to school?"

KJ and Elijah exchanged looks.

"Uhm, no. They can take the bus," Y/N interrupted. "Right guys?" She said while looking specifically at KJ.

"I really don't mind. Y'all finish up and we'll head out."

Y/N let out a sigh. Mostly from disbelief. She couldn't comprehend the generosity she was receiving.

"Thank goodness! I ain't seen any bus stops around here so it was gonna be quite the walk."KJ said as August chuckled.

August began eating as they all conversed.

A few moments later, the trio walked out and Y/N stayed behind to clean around. She then showered and sat on the bed, searching for websites to sell second hand assets.

Even though her job covered nearly all of her bills, the rent bills had piled up and she was definitely going to need another source of income.

August suddenly walked into Y/N's room and nudged her cheek.

"Wassup? What are up to?" He plopped himself alongside Y/N.

"Just looking for websites to sell a few stuff. And I gotta go back to the apartment today, just to check around."

"I've got a better idea..." he suggested.

"What?"

"Well I'm really into viewing property and I do that like most of the time so would you like to come with me?"

Y/N couldn't see why not so she agreed and August left the room to give her space to get dressed.

"Okay, I'm ready." Y/N excitedly said as she came down the stairs.

She had on some jeans, a white crop top bandeau and some Off White 1s. A benefit she was always grateful for: getting free sneakers, if Rocco was feeling generous.

"Wow... okay." August indirectly complemented as she slightly smiled, pushing her glasses up.

The two headed out the house to get their day started.

"Wooow, this is nice," Y/N said, looking around.

"You like it?"

"A lot. This is gorgeous."

She wandered off in the spacious apartment and eventually stopped in her tracks after realizing the agent and August weren't behind her.

"August... ?" She looked back, only to be surprised AGAIN.

August had a bouquet of red roses and a key.

"No... no." She repeatedly shook her head in disbelief.

"It's all yours." He smiled.

"No!" She squealed while getting teary eyed.

August pulled her into a hug.

"I can't take this, this is just too much... I-"

"I think KJ and Elijah are going to love it. I really wanted y'all ta stay with me but I know y'all need your own space so..."

"I'll finalize the paperwork." The agent said after witnessing the extremely sweet gesture.
