I got out the car and rushed into the house, immediately dialing my mother's number, asking for Danté to stay longer.
D'Angelo came running quickly after and basically followed me like a lost puppy. I rampaged through my closet and packed all my necessities into a duffel bag.
"Can we please talk about this?" He pleaded with his arms stretched out.
"Talk? Talk about what, you wanna tell me how your mistress that was pregnant is now DEAD?! Is that what you wanna talk about?" I questioned through heavy breaths as I searched for my toiletries bag.
He stopped me in my tracks with his large hands firmly gripping my forearms.
"I'm sorry baby. I mean it."
"You clearly have nothing better to say and you sure as hell ain't apologizing for what you did."
"What the hell am I apologizing for then Y/N? Because I sure as hell ain't about to lose you and this marriage."
"Your image, D'Angelo! You're apologizing because I found out, not because you hurt me. You're apologizing because she's now DEAD and you might go down for it. I don't wanna be a part of this anymore, I don't!" I yelled at him before grabbing the duffel bag and rushing out.

"Where are you going now?" My best friend Luna questioned as I applied some lip gloss.
I was staying over at her house since I walked out on D'Angelo and he's been blowing my home up nonstop ever since. Luna says he was here too yesterday but I really couldn't fathom him right now.
Crazy as it might seem, I took the initiative and hit up my ex, Brandon and I was going to his house right now.
