"Why the hell is she in your DMs Sharife?! You play one big game and you think you're all that?" I yelled at my boyfriend of two years.
Ever since he got drafted he's been acting all kinds of different. He was a year older than me so he was messing around with the older girls. This had been going on for a while now and I was getting tired of a one sided relationship.
"You're tripping bro." He simply said.
His attention was fixed onto the tv screen in his parent's living room. I can't believe what was supposed to be a chilled day with my boyfriend turned out to be me finding out he had all these side chicks.
I definitely felt disrespected and hurt but I knew if I let the tears fall, he would trap me with his impeccable charm, attracting me back into his arms, the way a magnet did to its significant piece.
"Well I guess I'll 'trip' out of this relationship," I stood up and fixed my purse. "It's over."

With that being said, I walked out of the massive house and requested an Uber.
