"We're attracted to each other, it was bound to happen. Well, I was planning to tell you before your girl caused a scene."

"Hold on, all this time I thought you was genuine but you just wanted me? Miss me with that bullshit." Bryson said, still holding his mouth.

Iris traced her hands down Bryson's chest, making him slap her hands away. "B... are you telling me you came all this way for nothing?" She smiled devilishly.

"I trust that you are a smart woman and that you understand that I am in a relationship. I'm not about to do this with you Iris."

"Okay but now that you know I want you, what's supposed to happen? You're just gonna leave?"

"You said the ball is in my court right? So I'm telling you right now, I don't want you-" he walked out to the porch, before quickly turning back. "Matter of fact, I regret confiding in you because now you're gonna hold that against me. Lose my number." He said before getting into his car.

Next morning...

Bryson walked into his house, sighing in relief. He went on into the kitchen, finding Y/N busy on her laptop. If anything, he was prepared for her outrage, causing him to already have his guard up.

"Before you say anything, I went to her, set her straight, then drove all night." He said as we was about to walk off but Y/N stopped him with her hand on his chest.

"I'm not going to pick a fight with you. I just wanted to apologize for the way I acted yesterday," she stated, making Bryson pull a face. He was surprised, to say the least. "And I know I've just been bombarding you with my insecurities, I'm working on it though."

"That still doesn't excuse your crazy behavior." Bryson tested. He wanted to see how intentional her apology really was.

Y/N's mouth dropped open, but she quickly swallowed her pride. "I know baby, it was totally uncalled for."

"So are you going to apologize to Iris?" He said, avoiding eye contact.

"Okay, hold on-"

"I'm messing with you, baby. I understand, we just need to work on our communication." He confessed as she sighed in relief.

She hugged him tightly, reminding her of the previous night. She then kissed him slowly, making him grope her tighter. Things got heated and Y/N tugged on the buckle of his belt, as he pulled away slowly.

"I just remembered, I gotta go to the studio..." he stated. He felt somewhat uneasy about the little stunt Iris pulled.

"Come on, we'll be quick..." she trailed off, leaving little marks on his neck.

"All this... sounds very tempting, but-"

"Okay, it's okay. Go get ready." Y/N pulled away.

She obviously noticed how weird he was acting but didn't allow her mind to run wild.

Bryson had eventually gone to the studio while Y/N was at home, enjoying her day off. She was busy binging Real Housewives with a snack, gasping at the constant drama that never ceased to amaze her.

The doorbell rang and Y/N slowly got up, with her eyes glued to the TV and eventually got to the door. Her face instantly got sour at the sight.

"He's not here, so be warned that I will rip your ribs out and deflate that fake ass." She stated.

Iris laughed loudly. "I actually came here for you, to apologize."

"Turn around because you'll be wasting your time." Y/N said, trying by all means to keep her cool.

"Seriously Y/N, I just wanted to apologize for all the commotion I caused yesterday-"

"Bitch I cause any commotion by yourself, save your words."

"Oh, he didn't tell you?" Iris said prettily.

"That he was at your house, I know. Please save yourself from embarrassment and leave my property."

"I'm glad we can both conclude what a good guy he is, but he's a really great kisser too..."

Y/N's eyes got wide as her nose flared. She held her fists up in the air, mentally praying that she wouldn't kill this woman. Instead, she slammed the door in her face, getting her phone.

"So here I am, apologizing for my behavior and the way I treated you but you were out yesterday sticking your tongue down that hoe's throat?! Bryson, I have worked way too hard to lose my accreditation as an attorney, I don't wanna kill nobody." Y/N stated.

The less aggressive she got, the less she was starting to care. She had way too much to lose than to assault someone.

"I didn't tell you because I didn't kiss her back."

"This is honestly a waste of my time, I think it's time to call it quits." Y/N vainly said.

"Y/N-"

"It's over."
